So you use a service to help you in the time of need. Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter Service in Phoenix was 5 star all the way. From my first interaction with Greg in Dispatch, to my interactions with my service tech, Dan Hubbard. Everything was explained and detailed in a genuine manner. Work was performed in a timely manner, cleaned up put back better than they found it.

Before I called these guys this is what I did…as I helped make thing worse. Kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine all backed up (big mess) I went to home depot, rented a snake, had the gloves on, and went to work thinking I was saving money! No it didn’t go well, tried use the sake under the sink, I was being cautious and took all of the aggressive tool attachments off the snake so I would not mess things up. A no go. I then went to the clean out side of the house and began working it thru the black sewer plumbing of the house, it got really tough to hold on to. I hung in there and then it got easier. I had freed up the clog, NO, I had pushed the simple snake thru the pipe, cracked it at the foundation in the wall and broken thru and made a hole in the dry wall, clog not fixed, under sink plumbing cut off and gray sewage water everywhere..

The reviews are true if you do the research. They are the right plumber! Old school customer service, at fair price. Dan and I even spoke by cell phone afterwards and he made some suggestions about preventative enzymes to use and what not to use.

Anthony came out and installed a water softener, he was very professional, efficient and answer all of my questions as well as made sure I understood how to use the app prior to leaving.

Daryl was one of the most professional service provider I have ever seen. He was more than capable and answered any and all questions I had. If I ever need plumbing service again, I will only allow Daryl to do the work. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

I had installed a level 2 EV charger at my home and I needed someone to come and make sure it was working okay. The guy that came was super nice. He told me I needed to change the breaker in the breaker box from a 50amp to a 40amp but everything else looked okay. I made the change and ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with my charger. The plug itself started overheating, the holder that the wiring and the plug was put into in the wall melted and started burning, the charger when it was plugged into the plug melted the plastic off and now the charger is basically unusable. I reached out to our builders electrician and he told me I shouldn’t have changed anything and I should go back to the original setup. Now I have to buy a new charger which is $700 and buy all new parts for the wall outlet.

The best service I ever received from a plumber and probably any home repair with Franz and the Aussie Plumber. They really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

They came in on time and on budget. Quickly replaced a faulty hot water heater in a time of need.

UPDATE: The first time we used this company we had a really good experience. Unfortunately, we had them back a second time to help us fix our kitchen sink installation and they threw an enormous price out there,, the tech (a young kid) faked cleaning out our trap and didn't replace the clean out cap. We had to call another plumber to fix what he did. We were very disappointed.



* I highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing. I was referred to them through my Home Warranty Company, but I would use them regardless in the future. They said they would be there between 3-5pm, they were there at 3pm on the dot and they called 30-min ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. When Anthony Williams arrived, he put covers on his shoes to not track dirt in the house. He identified the problem quickly, and from start to finish was in and out within 45-minutes and my bathtub drain is draining better than ever. Fast, professional, efficient. Great company, I highly recommend.

Called to have a clogged drain repaired , waited for 20 hrs for them to show , missed work to wait for them , and when they showed there equipment was broke and once I fix his broken machine he still couldnt do the job , so I had another company come out and they got the clogged pipe fixed in 15 minutes. I will never use this company again , and no I did not pay for rooterrangers service told them to leave with there broke equipment, I lost money missing work waiting for them to show up!!!

Charged 150 bucks to come out for 3 minutes to hit a reset button. Ridiculous Placed the service call at 3 and they showed up at 945 at night . Appreciate the guy coming out on a holiday but 150 bucks to literally hit a reset button is nuts
