As a long time customer of Moon Valley Plumbing just had another outstanding experience. Had a tub drain replaced all the way out to sewer line. Demolition of foundation inside, excavation to access inside and out, replacement and concrete patch. All in same day and done excellent. My normal go to, Kenny along with Supervisor Dan who ran excellent supervision and hands on help and Cole. Excellent teamwork. This is a great organization who cares about their clients.

I called for an estimate to swap out a water heater that was leaking. Brian from BF arrived on time with a neat uniform and was very helpful about what the problem was. The only problem was the price which is a fixed cost for the job. $760, and that does not include the cost of the new water heater. I figured at most it would take 2 to 3 hours so that would be about $250/hour. I guess that's what the plumbers have gone to....a fixed rate like that versus an hourly rate. I guess I don't blame them if they can get it. But not from me. I'll be tackling this job myself and taking my wife somewhere for a nice 3 day weekend with the savings.

Got here fast to fix leak fast in water softener. Cost was higher than expected but that’s true of every home repair / improvement.

Daniel swapped out our water filters for our in-line water purifier. He also set us up for a follow up visit in one year. He also renewed our membership. He worked quickly and did a terrific job.

Justin was great! We had three other plumbing companies come out to try to figure out where a sewer smell was coming from and they never were able to figure it out. Justin came out and figured out what the issue was in a matter of minutes and had the repair done and under a half an hour. Destry was also great. He figured out an issue with our washer. I highly recommend this company.

8/2/2013: Air conditioner problem, I have two units(6 years old) in which one unit would run continuously. I called George Brazil to schedule a technician to come out to the house. Within 2 hours, Tyler S. showed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Apparently, both units were very low on Freon. No leak was detected. He also suggested replacement of both capacitors. Tyler was very professional and experienced. He took the time to go over what each diagnosis reading meant. However, I thought their prices were a little too high. Total cost to charge and add 5lbs of Freon for each units was $218. Replacement of two capacitors were $345. I later found out that each part cost between $35-$50. So I basically paid $250 in labor for him to install them which took less than 10 minutes. I probably could of called around for better pricing but I just wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Overall, I would recommend George Brazil for their professionalism and prompt service.

Chad with rapid rooter is great. I had him install whole house filtration and RO system in my previous house it was great. When I moved to my current home I had him install it again before I even moved in! Also was great when I needed a kitchen faucet replaced that I couldn’t easily access

Mike was on time he was very professional and efficient. Was not aggressive did the minor repairs. This is why I like Donley they never try to sell you something or fix something that doesn’t need fixing. We’ve been coutomers for about 10 years or so.

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.
