Had Roots in the main line by toilet. Diamondback sent the tech Levi out within an 1½ hours of my call and it was Saturday so pretty darn fast. Levi immediately diagnosed the problem, cleared the line and explained how we can prevent it from happening again. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamondback Plumbing. Moon valley pluming came out yesterday a DAY EARLY to reroute our hot water line as we had a slab leak! The sense of Urgency and understanding started in the office I spoke with both Chris an Pam they were both fantastic with getting me up to speed an on the schedule right away! The plumbers that were dispatched were the most understanding professional an nice gentleman! They did an excellent job making sure we knew what was taken place every step of the way! They did a fantastic job making sure they cleaned up every ounce of their mess when complete. Moon Valley is our go to plumbing company forsure!

I had a clogged drain, Ryan came out and fixed it in time for my party. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing.

Jimmy Saucedo was very thorough in checking everything about our heat pump. He told me everything in the attic was working the way it is supposed to. Then he examined the outdoor unit and showed me the condition of the contactor and the capacitor and explained how their condition affected the life of the unit. He explained how the start assist would extend the life of the compressor. He did not try to sell me anything, but answered all my questions. He was able then to do the necessary repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Jimmy is the best technician we have had.

The service was great they did excellent job in taking out and replacing new hot water heater! They gave window of time and gave courtesy text when on way! The picture of technician was very much appreciated!
