I bought my daughter a new water heater which did not work . Was given diamondback plumbing as a warranty service agent. Called first thing the next morning. Took them till after 6 pm to come out. Of course they have to call for service authority to company which was now closed. So they had a second night no hot water. Serviceman said Simone would call between 7:30 and 8. So another person could come look at it. And order parts. I had to call at 8:30. And then they had to call me and said again someone would be out from 1-5. Almost 6 and no show. Again will be to late to get parts. Sooooooo they want to hook up old water heater which is leaking. Don’t think so !

Breath of fresh air. Great to have an honest, thorough and tidy crew that communicated what was needed, why and how it would be done. Followed through as promised and made sure we were comfortable with the work before leaving us.

Start to finish, Justin, Bret, Austin and Zeke were a professional and polite crew. These guys did a large amount of work in a reasonable time frame. They arrived on time and left ZERO mess. They gave me options, listened to my concerns and finished my water filtration system and I was able to use it same day. Highly recommend Parker and Sons, we will for sure call them for any other future house/water needs.

I have not needed a plumber before and had no idea where to begin to pick a plumber. So when I googled plumber Anthony's plumbing came up with Google backing the company! Then I read the reviews and gave them a call. Anthony came out to assess my problem. He was very knowledgeable about what we should do to fix the problem. With the great customer service Anthony provided has made me a customer for good. I would definitely refer all my friends and family to Pruitt's plumbing! Everyone we dealt with was very nice! We just bought our first house five months ago, and all of a sudden our water bill and electric bill sky rocketed! And we had tile through out the house cracking, a hot spot on the floor, we called out home warranty company one guard and they sent Pruitt's plumbing out. First tech confirmed we had a hot water slab leak! This was something we did not want to hear, especially just a week ago my husband almost lost his finger at work and his pay is being cut, so we can only pay our house and that's it! We are still going to struggle for a few months and there was no way we could afford this! But Mike the manager was beyond kind and tried to work with us but we still couldn't afford even payments! He went above and beyond and got with the owner and they decided to pay it forward to our family!

We are beyond thankful and grateful. Our family always pay things forward and this is the first time, ANYONE, has done something this nice for us!

The work was done in a couple hours, Mike the tech, explained everything to us, and cleaned up his gear and mess from the drywall and insulation.

I sure hope he enjoys his brownies he got to take home with him!

I am very happy with the service I received from Rooter Ranger. The handle on our shower broke off and our technician, Bobby, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and couldn't have been more professional. He did a great job and hopefully next time we need a plumber we can request Bobby!

Once again, we needed a plumber at my house. We purchased two new faucets for the bathroom and needed them professionally installed because there was a leak and significant calcium buildup on all the valves which needed to be replaced as well.. I called Mr. Rooter and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I got a call the day of the repair to confirm the appointment and Dan, the technician was right on time. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.

After giving us a quote on the repairs, we told him to continue. He was fast and thorough. After the repairs, he checked the valves on all the faucets and tested our water for hardness.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will call them again for my plumbing needs. If you get Dan Dein as your technician, I know you will receive excellent service.
