Best Toilet Issues in Phoenix AZ

Had a laundry list of issues that need to be addressed glad I made the call sooner rather than later. Thanks for taking care of all the issues Ryan was great.

Chris was great! He cleared out my rusty old drain at a fair price, in a friendly & professional manner. I've gone through lots of plumbers but I've now found one I'll be using for all future needs.

Work was done well but frustrating on the price. They charge $79 for a call out and tell you that they will estimate when they do the work. I made the mistake of assuming that they would charge fairly but a simple sewer scope was over $400. After the fact my realtor told me typical price was $250 so I called Moon Valley to confirm. Well the manager lied to me or the person scheduling lied to me because then I was told in a very elevated voice that the price is a flat rate and she did not know where I got my information from. So the work is good, but be careful as they will overcharge. The manager at this place is unprofessional and rude and she was rather scary sounding over the phone so based on this I would choose another place in the future. If you do use them, make sure you get a price before the work and don't be fooled by this company's bait and switch tactics.

Not satisfied with service at all. We were very clear when making our appointment on what brand tankless water heater we have. No fault of the tech who was very professional, but admittedly did not have experience working on our unit. He proceeded to do what he could and $550 later our appliance is still not functioning properly. We feel misled, ripped off and taken advantage of. I have requested a call from their office to discuss the ridiculous charges and the fact that they sent a tech who doesn’t work on our brand of tankless. Very poor of Benjamin Franklin to do this. We have had positive experiences with them in the past, but there must have been a change of ownership or management and we saw that today. Look elsewhere for your tankless needs!!***UPDATE: PLEASE READ***Daryl jumped on the situation right away and was extremely helpful. He understood our frustrations and had already reviewed our service history prior to reaching out to us the next morning (6:30 AM). Daryl assigned our trouble to a more seasoned tech who was trained on our system and he had the issues cleared within an hour of arriving at our home. Benjamin Franklin (Daryl in particular) take customer satisfaction very seriously. The speed at which our complaint was responded to and rectified will not be forgotten. Thank you very much for getting us fixed up and rest assured we will continue to call you for any of our service needs.

Eric assessed my system and recommended that I go forward with a replacement hvac system. I believe he did a thorough job. I was satisfied with his assessment even though it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. He gave me an estimate and compared it to a previous estimate I had received from another company and gave me advice regarding how to proceed if I go with the other company. He was very personable polite and professional.

Courteous and responsive scheduling. Competent technicians. Cleared a difficult main line blockage.

Cameron and Franz were both fantastic technicians! Cameron came out right away the first day and diagnosed the problem quickly. Franz came out the next day and finished the job efficiently. Before and during the process, both technicians communicated frequently and purposefully. Cameron, Franz, and The Aussie Plumber office staff were all very professional throughout the process. I feel the price of service was fair and high quality. Thank you so much!

I just had the best experience. Rodney scoped and fixed my drains and hydrojet my lines and got my a chem for my system. My house was built in 1951 and has the old cast iron piping. This guy found my issue and fixed it. I finally have great working plumbing after fighting with multiple companies and so much money spent from snake rentals and other companies that could never fix my drainage issues. Rodney is the man. Best service experience ever.

I am very happy with my decision to call Rooter Ranger. I could not get my kitchen sink to drain no matter what I tried, and Casey came out within an hour of my call and provided outstanding service. In fact, after discovering the clog was so bad that not even snaking could clear it, he spent several hours diligently redoing what was obviously not done well by another plumber in the not-too-distant past. I was shown with a camera the pipes before and after the cleaning (something the other plumber did not do) and now am confident that I don't have to live in fear of my sink backing up. Casey and this company as a whole take integrity very personally, and I am very grateful for the excellent service provided. I would not hesitate to call Rooter Ranger again.



And I would like to say a special thank you to Casey. Casey, you worked really hard to get those pipes squeaky clean. You could have just showed me some clean spots with the camera and called it a day and I would have never known the difference. But you are too honorable for that. You worked until every inch of that pipe was clean, even though it was one of the worst buildups you've ever seen. Thank you for doing the kind of job that you would want somebody to do for you. You're the best!

Anthony did a fantastic job on our kitchen plumbing. He was professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Will use A.P.E.S in future plumbing projects.

I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!
