Chris installed a laundry tub in our utility room. He carefully removed the sheetrock to get at the plumbing and replaced it when he was done. He left the room spotless. You could tell he takes pride in his work. (The only thing left for us to do was to tape the sheetrock where he cut it.)

I've used Diamondback Plumbing twice now and both time they were able to schedule a tech on-site quickly, showed up on time, were very pleasant and professional, and did quality work. I'll continue to use them in the future.

Have a RIDICULOUSLY high quote. $3K higher then others. Gave them a simpler way to do the job and they still quotes us over 4K! DO NOT USE THIS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY

Both Dans were great to work with and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated their expertise and knowledge. There were a few younger team members who were involved in the various on-site appointments who were equally polite and professional, but didn't have Dan Sn. or Dan Jr.'s expertise, and I am particularly appreciative of the Dans' knowledge. Only area for improvement would be cleaning up after the work is complete, but in the scheme of things that's a pretty small complaint compared to how much I appreciate what the Pruitt's Plumbing team did to help us. Thank you!

I'm glad I went with Peerless. They provided great service, got me scheduled as soon as I could fit in their schedule, and came out before my scheduled repair as they were concerned with my lines collapsing. especially since he had to get an approval for a part-then pick it up. It's already 97° in the house . EXTREMELY Hot ?.. David-
He was very pleasant, diligent courteous, respectful ,and got the job done.The company is lucky to have him. WHEW !!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Jamie was a great technician. He explained all work to be done thoroughly prior to initiation. He offered various option in a non pushy manner. He was clean cortious and knowledgeable. He did a full inspection of home prior to leaving. Definitely recommend Jamie and George Brazil plumbing again

Reverse Osmosis system replaced

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.
