I called Anthony’s Plumbing for a client I have that was in the process of buying a home and needing a water heater inspected. They were so kind accommodating our needs, compared to a few other companies I had previously spoke to. We ended up having to change days to do the inspection and they made sure that someone was available to take care of us on short notice. They even got to us earlier than scheduled and kept me informed and updated with calls and texts. I would recommend Anthony’s Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services! Had a hot water pipe leaking under my bathroom floor and called Alan. He was incredibly responsive and was able to come inspect the problem only an hour after I called him. Prior to contacting Alan, I had hired a locating company to find the leak location and identify the leaking pipe and what it was feeding. After giving all these details to Alan, he gave me a quote for 2 possible rerouting scenarios and we scheduled time for him to do the job a couple days later.



Upon starting the work on my home, Alan immediately realized that the routing of my pipes was more complex than anticipated and that the locating company had made an error as to the routing of the hot water pipe that was leaking. He figured out very quickly that the leaking pipe was feeding my upstairs bathroom, which was routed under my living room to an exterior wall, leading vertically to the 2nd floor. He showed me how he figured all this out in detail and there was no question he was correct. This complicated the job substantially. Instead of a quick reroute, he would have to dig up the ground in my bathroom to find the leak and fix it at the source. Even with this new found complication Alan honored one of the quotes he gave me before which I felt was more than fair.



He ran out to get jackhammer and dug up the bathroom to find the leak. He took care to seal off the area to keep the rest of the house clean, and after he located and fixed the leaking pipe, he even mixed concrete and filled the hole back! To make things even better he took time and care to only pull up 2 tiles in my bathroom and kept them in tact, so that I could put them back after the work was complete. The damage to the bathroom even after all the jackhammering of the concrete subfloor was essentially nothing. He also explained to me how I can put the tiles back easily after the concrete dried.



I was really impressed with the work Alan performed and feel like he went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber and honestly can't speak highly enough of the work and customer service he provided.

Upon arriving at my residence, Technician seemed more anxious in setting me up with mold remediation company that same day. I'm sure there is a hefty kickback for setting up (more than their discounted service call. I ended up having to contract another reputable company to complete work after running a camera down the clogged line and showing me everything. Beware!

Our tech Josh was the sweetest, most personable, hardest-working guy. We had a leak from our main water line into the foundation of the house & he gave us an accurate estimate followed by high quality work done efficiently and effectively. We found our go-to!

This isn’t my first experience with Rooter Ranger plumbing and both times I have been extremely pleased with the service both times! Raul came out to my residence to fix my clogged toilet and he was quick and efficient. He was very friendly and extremely professional!

Charged an extremely expensive amount to do little and damaged my walls. Had to get another company to come and finish the job.

We are happy with the service today. Hopefully next week Wednesday will go as well

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.
