I don't normally write reviews, but I have to give Stefan (Owner of Simba Plumbing) credit where credit is due. I hired him to first replace the polybutylene piping with PEX under my driveway that connects my house main to the city main. Stefan did such an amazing job, I called him back and hired him again to relocate my entire plumbing stack in the kitchen, as we relocated our kitchen island. This required cutting the concrete, relocating all the pipes to their new location and the filling in with cement. His work again was impeccable. He kept a clean job site, very thorough, and professional. Lastly, I just hired him again, to remove and replace our new Soft Water system. Stefan is professional, honest, and a hard worker. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, has great prices, dependable and just an all around good person, hire Stefan. You will be happy you did. I will hire Stefan again for all of our plumbing needs.

My water heater stopped working. Troy came out , showed me the issue and took pictures. Definitely needed to be replaced. Water heater was still covered under manufacturer warranty in which Troy handled everything with them. Water heater was installed with perfection... Dispatch made sure all communication was prompt as well. Highly recommend

Peerless Plumbing is a class act. The owners, Christian & Lindsay are very customer focused and ethical in everything they do. They have saved home owners in our 55 plus community thousands and thousands of dollars. We know this because of a sewer line issue we experienced when we purchased our home 7 years ago. The plumber who came on the scene when we had a back up said he'd have to dig up our floors (just after laying 2100 feet of wood flooring) to replace the collapsed cast iron pipes with PVS piping for an outrageous cost. We knew there had to be another way. After a little research we learned of the one and only pipe lining company in Arizona-Peerless Plumbing. They have technology that other plumbers in the Phoenix valley don't offer. Their process is non-invasive and they do not disrupt your home and require that you move out for weeks on end. I'm a property manager and I use APES all the time for both my business and personal needs. Whether it's plumbing, air conditioning, or appliance repair, I have always been happy with their work. Their spirit of service and willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy is outstanding. A good example of this happened today. The washing machine at my house finally died after 14 years and Destry came out to take a look at it. He explained what he found and said it wasn't worth fixing. I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Great company! Hard workers

On 3/7/19 I had Patric Riley come to service my Airconditioning unit. The service man Brian told me that my copies need cleaning. He cleaned the coils and said he also did a tuneup. He charged $380.63 for just the cleaning. He also told me I needed a new $1,200 starting unit. The unit seamed fine but working all the time to keep the house at 81 deg. for 9 days. It then stopped cooling.
I called another large and top rated Airconditioning company. They came out and after investigating the problem told me that the coils that had been cleaned were leaking oil and both inner and outer coils needed replaced but the startThey also said that they and any creditable service charges $125 to clean both coils and the starting unit was ok. They also noted that the unit was still under warranty that would pay a prorated cost. Due to no availability of new coils and cost even after prorate I decided to have it replaced.
I feel like I paid $380 for a $125 cleaning and was almost talked into something (starter) that wasn’t needed. Further I wasn’t made aware of the warranty by Patric Riley. That’s why the poor rating and would never recommend them to anyone.

Nathan, thank you for having the utmost most professionalism. My water main has leaked in the past year and was recently fixed by another plumbing company. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. Nathan was prompt every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the day. I was at work during the time of this repair and was not able to be there as well. Nathan sent photos, detailed what he did, and left me with a fixed plumbing issue. I own several apartment complexes in Central Phoenix and have a variety of problems arise. Freddy's has always been professional and prompt and gets the problems repaired.

We've used Delaney's Plumbing several times from leaks to larger fixes throughout the house. Charles is fast to respond and does an excellent job. We will continue to use, and recommend him in the future.

Long wait for service call to be scheduled, which I was okay with given the 5-Star rating on-line. However, day of scheduled service call, I called to confirm appointment and was told we were thrid on the list and plumber was already at call #2 at 9:00 a.m. (had an approximate 12:00 p.m. appointment time). However, at 2:00 p.m. still no word. Called back and was told the plumber forgot to come to our house and he was in Gladewater, but would come to our house next. We were also told that we should not expect plumber to arrive at any certain time. When we called back to get an explanation and cancelled our appointment, the lady was very rude and hung up on my husband. Will not call again for future repairs!
