I was in a panic, but Diamondback was able to come out in just a few short hours. The two men that came out were very nice and extremely efficient. The issue was resolved in no time and the price was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. James Estes was professional, and courteous and extremely efficient. He put booties on prior to walking through the house. After evaluating our tub drain, he gave us options, explaining what needed to be done to remove the deteriorated drain pipe. He was able to remove and replace the 20 year old drain pipe with a new one in a timely manor. He tested the new drain, and made sure the area was spotless when done.

Was able to get a next day appointment for a garbage disposal replacement. While Franz was here, he was able to fix a couple of other things that needed attention. What a pleasant experience! Quality work, friendly interaction, very satisfied customer! Recommend Highly!!!!

What a great experience I just had with Peerless Plumbing!! I had been experiencing various problems with my plumbing/sewer system for several years now and I finally decided I cant take this anymore. Christian came out (even on a Saturday) to diagnosis the problem. On time, very professional and courteous, Christian allowed me to watch his monitor as he scoped my entire drain system. After reassuring me there was no damage to my drain lines, he offered his advice as to how I might correct the issues I was having on my own. Last, he told me that since he was already in the area and found no damage or need for repairs, there would be no charge for his time or service that day. REALLY? It is so hard to find a family owned company like Peerless who cares more about doing the right thing and putting the customer first... before making a buck. I expected to pay a trip charge that day, but not with Peerless. Needless to say, Christian and his team at Peerless Plumbing will be my first and only call the next time I need a plumbing solution! Thank you Christian! You guys are the best!!!

When the plumber arrived he stated he would give me an estimate before doing the work. He proceeded toStart the work without telling me and then came to me with an estimate that was ridiculous. He had shut off the water in the house and had to cut a hole in a closet wall to shut off a value so he could put the water back on. Now we are left with no shower, and a hole in the wall.Don t be fooled by the TV commercial, the way we were. Oh, he did tell me they were not going to charge me for the service call! DUH!

Amazing service! I was in need of service as soon as possible and Chaz was able to come assist within 30 minutes! Thought it was only fitting to use a plumber with the same last name as me, jumped out at me! Would recommend anyone who is in a bind and needs great/timely service!

Long wait for service call to be scheduled, which I was okay with given the 5-Star rating on-line. However, day of scheduled service call, I called to confirm appointment and was told we were thrid on the list and plumber was already at call #2 at 9:00 a.m. (had an approximate 12:00 p.m. appointment time). However, at 2:00 p.m. still no word. Called back and was told the plumber forgot to come to our house and he was in Gladewater, but would come to our house next. We were also told that we should not expect plumber to arrive at any certain time. When we called back to get an explanation and cancelled our appointment, the lady was very rude and hung up on my husband. Will not call again for future repairs!
