Anthony Villanueva - Thank you for the update at the end of your work and for your attention to detail and for your utmost respect of my space and time above all else. Thank you for accomodating any and every little thing to ensure there was no confusion or miscommunication on my end. You even went above and beyond by caring about the "what ifs" no one else would think about and you moved your work truck after I left and parked around the corner, just in case I arrived back home with my second vehicle, before you were finished, and needed that street parking spot in front of my house.



You are the real deal. The old-school, raised-right, respectful tradesman that knows his work and scope and gets the job done efficiently and with little to no additional impact outside of the originating issue. You are that rare tradesman who also knows how to communicate and carry himself and truly makes the customer the most comfortable as humanly possible when managing an uncomfortable situation in their home, even when they are not there. I watched my cameras a couple times because I was getting security notifications all day due to all the comings and goings, and even when no one was watching (or so you thought), you carried yourself the same as if I'd been there over your shoulder. That's the definition of integrity.



You are obviously a really good plumber, Anthony, but most importantly you're an even more amazing human. It's an honor to cross paths with you again and I wish you nothing but the best.

Gerry came out today and unclogged 2 drains. He was professional and took the time to educate me on the issues. The rate charged was quite competitive. I will definately use Rooter Hero for another job I need in a couple weeks. Two thumbs up.?

During the course of a week I had several workers from Champion in my home to fix a major plumbing issue. Here is why I am giving them 5 stars:



I am a business owner for over 12 years and understand the important essentials for success. Champion has this in spades. Professional, knowledgeable, and super nice guys! They were also helpful in dealing with the insurance and warranty companies which saved me several thousand dollars.



I highly recommend Champion. I just purchased my home in July and plan on using them as my "go to" company.

We had multiple plumbing companies bid on clearing roots from our blocked sewer line.



The famous RR came and couldn’t clear it charging us over $600. RR suggested trenching with a guarantee for over $12000 & hydro-jetting with hesitation for $1600. They implied trenching was the better way to go.



We contacted Peerless who came with camera and equipment, did an amazing job clearing the roots from my lines and fully documenting the work with a full before and after video.



Peerless saved us in many ways including saving us thousands of dollars and days of time. I can’t say enough good things about Peerless.



This repair has held up over time as it was done in late spring.

Laszlo and Zoltan found a leak under the concrete next to the pool and coordinated, waited for and supervised the concrete subcontractor. They advised on another plumbing matter that we were able to repair DIY. Give them a chance for you!

Showed up on time, knowledgeable, quick and got my toilet fixed correctly. Jim was great , I would recommend for a good, affordable plumber.

This company gives the most exceptional service. They continue to maintain my heating and cooling system, as well as my plumbing. I've only used their electrical service once, but they did an excellent job. I would go out of my way to recommend them.

I have been happy with the communication of Jimmy and Landon. Landon did some plumbing work for us today and he did a great job!! Jimmy took some measurements for our new AC system and ductwork that will be done soon. Jimmy has been very helpful with this process.

Trevor provided excellent service, going out of his way to exceed my expectations. They also use high quality Rheem water heaters. The last one they installed lasted 14 years. I highly recommend them.

Had an emergency situation and called them... they showed up super fast and were very nice and informative. Explained my problem and possible solutions and had me fixed up in no time.
