From start to finish, the work was done quickly and efficiently! I called regarding flickering lights in my home and breakers were replaced. Everything was communicated so thorough and I feel safe and happy knowing that my home will continue being safe for my family.I even had required a need for my faucet to be replaced and got same day service! Our A/C stopped working this past Sunday and so I called Penguin Air to come out and service it. The unit that stopped working controls the main part of the house plus two bedrooms and it was getting hot quick in their being mid day. After calling they took my information and said a tech would be out to service it and would call about 45 minutes before arrival. It was great news when I got a text first showing a picture of my technician plus a little about him. Then a call saying he was on his way. Arrived when he said and started to look at the unit. Diagnosis was a blown fan motor and and brackets which also hurt the fan inside the unit up in the attic. We went over pricing and he started to repair it. Did a great job and shortly after we had cold air blowing and starting to cool the house down. Very nice technician that keeps you updated the whole time.
