Very professional, honest and fast, fair price

I am a single father and military member that just moved into a new home and wanted to run a gas line for my dryer. I called Apr 26th and scheduled for someone to come out on Apr 29th to provide an estimate. They don't provide an estimated time when you are put on the schedule, but say that they will call you the day of to let you know. I took the day off from work for this and another appointment, but on the 29th I didn't hear from anyone all day. I finally called them at 3pm and was told they are undermanned and could have someone there in an hour and a half. 3 hours later and no phone call and no one showed up. I called on Friday and complained about the lack of communication and had a supervisor return my phone call promising that someone would call on Monday to ensure I was on the schedule the next week. On Monday I got a call from Heather and was told that the options were Wed or Thur, so I requested Wed and was told that someone would contact me that morning with a time. It's now Wed and I hadn't heard from anyone by 10 am, so I called them. I was told that I was scheduled for Tue and that a tech came to my house around 10:15 and called me, but they got no answer. I was home Tue morning from 8-10 for another appointment and left around 10:15 and no one showed up or called, on top of that Heather said that if she told me Wed, that was wrong as they do estimates on Tue and Thur and made it sound like it was my fault for her telling me the wrong date. They don't call, they don't show up, and they blame the customer for their mistakes, so now I have to go even longer with no laundry in my own home. Contact another business that will provide you an up front date and time and won't jerk you around.

Wyman Plumbing is the best!

$80 service fee to come to our home + $1000 estimate to clear 4 drains that were running slow. We have been customers for years but costs are getting out of control compared with other mechanical & plumbing contractors in the area. Several other reputable contractors are more than willing to snake a drain for less than $100 per sink. I expected better service and pricing for customers that have spent upwards of $20k with Parker over the past few years.

Daniel was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us the most for our buck. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Peerless Plumbing enough. They are responsive and provide quality assurance/work. They lined our pipes a year ago and I heard some gurgling sounds in the kitchen area. I called Lindsay and they came out the very next workday and inspected. Thankfully nothing was going on other than the usual build up. I trust Peerless Plumbing wholeheartedly. Our outside laundry had been backing up, Rooter Ranger came out and assessed it. The first technician was pleasant and after his initial inspection admitted he would need his supervisor to scope our line. They were super open about the whole process, showing us the collapsed pipe. They explained that it would require replacement. They hydrojetted the lines and rescoped them for me. Showing clearly the collapsed portion of line. Mike T was quick about getting us a quote, he gave us a number of options as to how to fix the problem, and the pros and cons of each. We decided to have a whole new septic line laid for our kitchen, and laundry. We even worked out the addition of a whole bathroom.



They litterally had a team out digging the next day at dawn. My (retired from construction) father has been out inspecting their work, and has had nothing but good things to say. We are day 5 into the project and they already have the concrete poured back in for the majority of the project. I would highly recommend them.

This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit.
