We had a pretty serious leak in a pipe connected to the main water line, which necessitated the water being shut off to our house - definitely an emergency call. Within an hour of calling Diamondback, a plumber was at our home. He showed us the issue, showed us what he was going to do to fix it, and then did so at an extremely friendly price. This was my second experience using Diamondback Plumbing and it will definitely not be my last. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone with a plumbing issue.

I am furious with Ben Franklin Plumbing! We called them to have our tankless water heater flushed and serviced. The person om the phone quoted us $69.99, but when the serviceman came out, he told us it would be an additional $325.00 to service the water heater! Very misleading.

From sales (John) to the installation (Parker), the crew was very professional replacing our worn our air conditioner. Efficient, timely, clean and paid great attention to the details. Very pleased!

Jerry came early and did an excellent job. I had received the parts to repair my leaky kitchen faucets but they were the wrong ones so he ran over to the supply company and picked up the right parts and installed them and was done within an hour.

This is a great company. I had Bob come service my water softener and then install an RO under my kitchen sink. Bob is great! He is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and worked efficiently. Many plumbers make commissions selling RO systems. The plumbers at Quail do not make commission off of the RO products. I felt like I got a very honest, upfront and reasonable price for the RO system and service. The scheduling department is also very prompt and friendly. They always got back to me quickly, and everything was done on a timely manner. I'm glad to say I've found a plumber/company I can call for any of my needs. Thank you Quail, you've got yourself a forever customer.

Jose' Aguilar was the technician who was sent to our home to drain our septic tank. It overflowed over the Christmas holiday. When he got her he discovered more problems and quoted us a very fair price to fix everything. It rained all 3 days it took to fix the problem and drain the tank but that didn't stop him. He wanted to make sure that me and my disabled son wouldn't be stuck nor being able to use our showers, toilet, etc., any longer than necessary. He is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. He really cared about us and did an amazing job. He really was my hero! What an asset to to your company! I will refer Hero Home Services to anyone who asks and it's all because of Juan. Destry reached out to me early letting me know he was wrapping up his work with another customer and could make it out to my location early. I informed him I would not be able to make it back to my house before our scheduled appointment time but there was people there that could let him in to complete the work. He was able to swap out the failed parts and get my range back to working condition all while I was taking care of some other stuff while keeping me informed on the progress. It was a very awesome customer experience.
