What a terrible time for a total A/C malfunction. John and his guys worked tirelessly on our unit and installed all new duct work because ours was broken down truly beyond repair (I made the mistake of using a handyman to install the duct work when we raised our ceilings which created a nightmare of a problem☹️). They worked through some of the hottest days of the year which made the job take longer to complete but obviously the health of his team was the most important. I really appreciated the work Diamondback did and John going the extra mile to send his guy to paint my ceiling where access to the attic had to been made. Worth every Star!

Show up a day earlier than scheduled (called first for permission). Repair man,was awesome! Courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Shared information on future care of new disposal, overall he was so pleasant he could have stayed for dinner if he wanted to.

My bathroom tub and sink were clogged we tried everything couldn’t fix it contacted Simba plumbing and they responded quickly and once they came out he had both the bathtub and sink unclogged within 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs that I might have in the future.

Christian did a great job. He is hard working and personable. He explained everything well and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back to do any additional plumbing work.

I made my appointment a year in advance. I would have appreciated more information about the insulation install in advance. I had no idea it would only take 45 minutes or that we would not be able to put our storage boxes & Xmas decorations back into the attic once insulation was installed except for a small path of boards. Renting a storage unit will cost more than the electric savings. On the plus side, the people were professional and came on time.

Franz was professional and friendly and explained options available clearly to help me get the best value. He even liked my dog!

Remington is a very knowledgeable plumber who easily troubleshooted the problems I had him look into. He was very cordial, respectful, and understanding of my plumbing woes, and easily fixed what needed to be done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and interesting to talk to, and presented himself in a calming way which helped lower my stress level. He had that “easy to please” attitude. Very nice & enjoyable young man. I would definitely use Deer Valley Plumbing again, and ask for Remington to be my serviceman.

They are fair in their charges and do fit my pocketbook.

Septic tank pump, but once we figured out a convenient time to get it done. It went well.

Laszlo and Zoltan found a leak under the concrete next to the pool and coordinated, waited for and supervised the concrete subcontractor. They advised on another plumbing matter that we were able to repair DIY. Give them a chance for you!

I used Hero Home Services Phoenix branch. Cesar was great. All drains unclogged for my holiday. Good news.

Cody and Carter were fantastic! They came over and fixed my problem within minutes! I will be recommending this company to all of my family and friends!

We're reletively new homeowners, and we noticed a leak in our 13 year old water heater, so we called out to All Hours Plumbing. It wasn't a big leak, so we scheduled to meet the next day. James went out of his way the night we called to make sure there wasn't any major damage and to show us how to turn off the water. He was very helpful in showing us the basics, answering our questions, and getting us set up with a new water heater. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service!

It says open 24/7 but it wasn't at 7:30pm on Friday.

Installed two tankless hot water heaters. After an initial install error, which they fully owned up to and fixed without an additional dime from me, everything works great. Like any company they might be inclined to up-sell when the opportunity presents itself, but they stand behind their work and communicate well. I'd like to give special thanks to Bill the supervisor on my job.

Chad with rapid rooter is great. I had him install whole house filtration and RO system in my previous house it was great. When I moved to my current home I had him install it again before I even moved in! Also was great when I needed a kitchen faucet replaced that I couldn’t easily access
