Hired Simba through the Thumbtack app for a Reverse Osmosis system install under my kitchen sink (bought the system myself). They were very quick to respond and provide an estimate, then scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. Service technician arrived early and finished quickly. System looks good and works great. Would definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Had a clog in a pipe that was causing water to flow into the laundry room. Daniel Awwad arrived well before the quoted time helping us solve our emergency even quicker. He was professional and courteous walking me through the whole process. He cleared it quickly and thoroughly tested his solution worked. I would be lying if I say this service wasn't worth it. On the same day of the issue they had it fixed. However, I do feel like maybe they claimed more needed to be done than really had to. We had a ball valve that broke off just above the main water line so water was spraying out unless the main was closed. He claimed he had to cut out about a foot of the pipe to fix it instead of just sewing in a new hose valve. I had some sticker shock but thats just the way life goes.

Troy was awesome. He answered all of the questions I had and took the time to educate me on our options. He didn’t peer pressure me to do anything that wasn’t needed and yet provided a roadmap of recommendations for future fixes. Not only did they scope our lines, but he also gave us our hard water reading and tested our water pressure. He delivered a comprehensive report with pictures post-visit. Should we need anything in the future, we absolutely will be using Aussie. Thank you all!

James and his partner ( didn’t get his name , but he looked like Jerry Garcia from Grateful Dead so I called him Rock Star!)- were AWESOME. First, they showed up right away, assessed the situation - clogged pipes caused by the super high mineral content in our water here. Solved that, and educated me on saltless water softeners!! We have a salt one at our other house - and the idea of a saltless one was the perfect solution for this home, which we rent out. They quoted me on that - I was so impressed with their honesty, knowledge and fair prices!! I decided that day to install one - from a clogged drain to an install - and they were able to schedule it THAT DAY. I have tried sooo many plumbers - all the “ big ones”- who are outrageously expensive - and did not do a great job, had to return to fix mistakes etc. FINALLY FOUND A PLUMBER I CAN TRUST!! James and rock star from All Hours Plumbing are the best !!!!!

Lauren was amazing. After having two other plumbers try and clear out a clogged tub and sink drain and be unsuccessful, Lauren from Valleywide Plumbing came out and got it cleared out in less than an hour. She was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her and Valleywide.

Just had Jason out and he did a quick and needed job to support my condenser through this summer otherwise I'd be out 2800 smackers. Price was below estimate a done in 20 minutes.
