October, 2022 Experience:We experienced a leak with our water heater and called Ben Franklin Plumbing. I left a message with a person describing the issue and had a call back immediately with a manager that helped me through the options available.Charlie arrived earlier than scheduled, was extremely professional, did some beautiful plumbing work, explained everything that was taking place as well as the warranty details and left the job site immaculate. A skilled tradesman and well spoken, kudos to Charlie.Our second time using Ben Franklin, but I've gotta say this is the level of professionalism, skill and service that ensures high confidence with the job. PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.

Prompt and professional. Able to move our appointment time up by a day to get our air back in service the same day. Had needed components on truck. It's great when they can accomplish this is one visit. Kasey explained everything and checked other components to make sure nothing else was amiss. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. We had a plumbing problem at our Winter home and needed a leak fixed (we were not there). Called Phoenix Plumbing to enquirer about their services, they went the next day to fix the problem. They were very quick and efficient, would use again!! Highly recommend!!
