I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris, the owner, was extremely prompt in answering the phone and returning my phone calls. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. They do not know how to use a phone. I called multiple times and Steve never called me back. When I finally did get a quote I tried to call again to expand the scope of the renovation project and give them more work and once again never received a call back. I would definitely not recommend them.

Nicki was great in providing a comprehensive quote within minutes of calling and able to schedule same day replacement of a failed water heater and garbage disposal. I called Parker & sons because I had no hot water. They sent someone the same day thank goodness! Kevin came early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I’m SO glad I called them and won’t hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issue I have!

Response time was very good, however the technician sent was a bit inexperienced. As a result the job took longer than expected and this increased labor hours. Otherwise management and pricing for parts was good.

Simon worked long hours everyday and got everything done in record time since our family was up in a hotel. My technician showed up promptly at the time quoted over the phone, no waiting around for 2-4 hours. He was clean, knowledgeable, friendly, and the price was a 1/3 of what I was quoted from the billboard and tv advertisement plumbing companies. Highly recommend and will use for all future plumbing needs.

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!
