Best Residential And Commercial Plumbing Repair in Phoenix AZ

Had a clogged main line at my house and called Robins Plumbing. I was able to get it scheduled for service quickly. The technician, Ryan, called me 30 min ahead of time and showed up at the scheduled time. They cleared the clog and were diligent about keeping everything clean. They also ran a camera through the main line to identify any possible causes for the clog and explained in detail what the video was showing, and shared the digital video file with me via email for my future reference. I thought the service was excellent and all for a fair price. I will use them again for future plumbing needs.

I tried for two days to receive an estimate from this company. Everytime I called there was no one available to speak with me. There are NUMEROUS plumbing companies in Phoenix that can provide better customer service.

They do not know how to use a phone. I called multiple times and Steve never called me back. When I finally did get a quote I tried to call again to expand the scope of the renovation project and give them more work and once again never received a call back. I would definitely not recommend them.

This company separates from the rest that I called for quotes.
The owner of this company was honest, upfront, didn’t set appointments for a day or two, and GREAT price. Sent a worker same day within a couple hours got to my house and finished the job quick.

Other companies try to to scare you making it seem they literally need to lift the house up to unclog a drain. They can’t bs a bs’er. So i went who put it straight to me and it was this company.

Thanks to Custom Plumbing of Arizona I can use my bathroom again! Their prices are great, they came out the same day and there was no extra charge for this rush service which we desperately needed because we only have one bathroom in our house. Nash B. was our plumber and he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He fixed our plumbing problem and didn't leave until he knew that we had working plumbing which I am so grateful for. Apache Plumbing is great. They are fast, friendly, and do not try to scare you into replacing things you do not need. Fixed my leak on my shower valve line, because the previous plumber didn't strap down my tub spout inside the wall. Best prices.

Cameron and Franz were both fantastic technicians! Cameron came out right away the first day and diagnosed the problem quickly. Franz came out the next day and finished the job efficiently. Called these guys at noon and they were here at 3:00. Vicente (Not sure how to spell his name?) he was Very Polite & Very Professional. He had the job done in minutes it felt like. Not to mention he cleaned up after him and it looked better than it did before! I would recommend Vicente for sure to anyone! I will definitely be calling these guys again! The office people are very friendly and great with communications. Our repair tech was Brent. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as going above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to us so we would understand it. We were even able to get our water heater parts in a little ahead of his daily schedule, which was fantastic!
