I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris, the owner, was extremely prompt in answering the phone and returning my phone calls. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. I wanted to share that we just had a good experience with Moon Valley Plumbers - Anthony was our actual plumber that came out. They came out the same day and were very reasonably priced. We were having issues with our sewer line. Previously we had a plumber from George Brazil and they charged us $286 to run a camera and say there were no issues. They said there was likely a plug near the end and it would cost almost $1200 to use a water jet.



About a month later we started to have issues again. This time thanks to a Next Door post we called Moon Valley Plumbers. We were on a wait list but they got here by noon. They cleared our line with the basic mechanical cleaner (a $155 charge). Even if we chose the water jet they only charge $400 (1/3 of the price of George Brazil). Moon Valley Plumbers will be who we call in the future.

2 Good Plumbers did a great job. Joe the plumber took my call, met me at my house, and replaced my water heater all in the same day!! He pulled up in a professional looking plumbing truck and had everything ready to go for the job. Very organized. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price from what I can tell. Got to work right away and worked hard but not sloppy. The workmanship was high quality. He talked me through everything that he did afterwards and took the time to go over usage and maintenance recommendations in detail. Joe lived up to the company name and has definitely earned my business for the next plumbing job.

Had a slight emergency this morning and custom plumbing of Arizona responded quickly, same day service. Daniel, the technician did a great job and explaining in fixing the problem. We have several rentals in fountain Hills and our go to plumber will be custom plumbing of Arizona

I was able to get a septic tank pumping appointment within a couple of days. I was happy to pay a fee for them to dig, I'm getting too old for all of that. The technician was very professional, he also looked in to see if I had a single or double chamber tank because part of it is under a concrete slab. Good information to know for future intervals. I highly recommend this company's services.

Alan is the man! I called, and he showed up in less than 25 minutes. After diagnosing the issue, he had to leave shortly to get a new pressure regulator and then came right back to install. The entire process from when I called to when it was all fixed was less than 2 hours. Best part, it only took 15 minutes of my time. Hands down using Springs Plumbing again.
