Start to finish easy peasy! I contacted Pink via email because I was interested in a Halo water purification system. I heard back from Stephanie that same night, it was a weekend mind you, so I was impressed with the responsiveness right off the bat. She and I emailed back and forth and she was very patient answering all of my questions and providing an estimate. I decided to utilize the 0% interest 18-month financing, applied, and set up an appointment for the installation to happen only 2 days later! Lou came on time and went over all of my options. He was thorough and courteous, answering all of my questions and taking my concerns into account. Several hours later, I was set with my whole home water purification system! So easy! Lou was very thoughtful and conscientious of how he installed everything and the logistics of everything. The price was about what I expected. I will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing needs and will recommend them to my friends. Also my water tastes great!!!

When you hire a large company, you never know who will show up at your door. Not so with Diamond Mechanical. Never had a problem. This last time we were fortunate to get Joe. We needed several things done and he handled it all pleasantly and very efficiently, cleaning as he went along. My husband and I were extremely pleased.

After connecting wiring that had come undone, service technician Remington noticed a slight bulge at rim of boot on base of tank which indicates water leakage. Quite a good catch as the water could only be seen when light directly reflected on top edge of boot. Pin hole leak not big enough yet to cause visible leakage onto floor.

Andrew came to our rescue about midnight last night after our sink sprouted a geiser and the shut off valves didn't work. He got water back to the rest of the house and got us temporarily shut off at that one sink until today when supply stores opened. The pricing was reasonable and Andrew was awesome...very professional, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend and call again.

Within a short period of time , Kyle came to our home and within a short period of time, found that the unit needed replacement. He replaced the garbage disposal with the new one and fix the problem. Had to have 50 year old cast iron sewer pipes re-lined because of corrosion and cracks and mineral build up that cause back ups and slow drains. They used a camera to show me where the problems were and gave me the video. The price was very reasonable.the crews were well trained and prompt. Very easy to work with. The price included repair a a small section of dry wall that had to be removed to replace a joint in one of the pipes. The drywall guy was very good. Overall, the process was handled to fix the pipes and cause the least disruption. Lindsey and plumbing crew was excellent. Twenty year warranty too. I highly recommend them.

These guys saved my apartment when 2 leaks sprang up in the same day. They were quick, on time, and inexpensive. I would definitely recommend using them.
