Best Replace Toilets in Phoenix AZ

I am giving 1 star because 1 month later we have a leaky faucet after they installed. They are charging us full price to fix. Buyer beware, this company does NOT support or WARRANTY service if you use anything but their parts. Otherwise they will blame on the part (even when its not) and not even consider partial refund. I might as well try anther plumber. They say its standard for the industry however other plumbers offer better and they didn't tell me this until a month later when asking for an inspection. 5 star loss for 0 communication. Their service is NOT cheap either and they usually don't give you quote you unless you pull it out of them.

Fast, reliable, too quality, puts clients first. Our wall leak could have been on the surface or in the wall. They checked everything first to see if they had to cut into the wall. By doing the checks first they confirmed surface only thus did not have to cut into the wall. Saving money and a separate call to a drywaller. I respect they didn't go a path that would have been more cost first.

I’m happy with the service. He was friendly and was able to relate to our frustrations. He also seemed very knowledgeable and was honest.

Rooter ranger came out and gave me a quote for work to be done and even though other problems arose they stuck to their word and did not surprise me with any additional cost. Michael and tony. We’re great and there supervisor Daniel was great problem solver. I recommend them and will call them again if I needed them.

I called George Brazil about a hot water heater problem and within two hours a technician was at our door. He examined our hot water heaters and assessed the problems with both of them as well as some additional problems with faucets. He then gave us some quotes and we discussed the different options for repair or replacement. We ended up replacing both with tankless waterheaters. He arrived the next morning and worked all day long to get them installed. The whole process was handled professionally and quickly. Tom was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. These guys are great, very friendly, honest and professional. They've saved the day now on several minor plumbing catastrophes for us, over a two year period... and for one major repair (slab leak, hot water line reroute) I had four quotes from different contractors on the slab leak repair. Johnco provided the most detailed and competitively priced estimate. Icing on the cake? When the job was complete the final bill was several hundred dollars less than originally quoted. That's unheard of these days. You have to respect the integrity of an honest service provider like Johnco. There are a lot of dishonest contractors who will take you to the cleaners if they see the opportunity. Jason with Johnco did just the opposite. What a guy!

Clogged toilet small job. Sheldon used an auger and toilet was clear is less then 5 mins. Super nice young man and charged me a more than fair price. I'm super grateful for this company. Used them before for a slab leak. Owner Mark is a supreme professional with utmost integrity making this a very reliable company in my experience and opinion. Their customer service is superior and they genuinely care about their customers. I wont go anywhere else!
