I am so THANKFUL for DiamondBack Plumbing!!!! We bought a new faucet for the kitchen, the store where we purchased the faucet arranged for installation with another local plumbing company. The technician arrived, and ran into a problem with old faucet hot water handle, wanted to cut old handle off, but first wanted us to sign off that if our granite counter top was damaged in the process, it was not their responsibility! I called a local realtor for a Plumbing company recommendation, she never hesitated, told me to call DiamobdBack Plumbing! Mind you, the previous plumber had turned off water, and then left our kitchen a complete MESS! One phone call, and less than 2 hours later Levi shows up! Faucet installed, and I will NEVER use any other plumbing company! This is an AWESOME company, and their people are nothing short of AMAZING!

Anthony Limon is an asset to your company and deserves a raise. He's very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed our clogged tub and gave me excellent advice on a septic tank maintenance that saved me a lot of money. Thank you Anthony for excellent customer service . These guy were amazing, no fault of theirs they had to come back the next morning. Because i did no have a cleanout they had to go up on the roof to fix the issue. They even removed a dead animal from the roof!. The techs were the best ever, I will use no other than Champion pluming!

Paul is a reliable and affordable plumber! We had five faucets we needed installed and all were done in a timely and professional manner. Paul answered all of our questions and also resolved a plumbing issue we had that two other plumbers were incapable of doing. They gave me a great quote and the work they did was phenomenal. You'd never even know they were there. They also left my house so clean and the process was much easier than I had anticipated. We had a leak between the water meter and our house. I called to schedule an appointment and Mike in the office was friendly and helpful. Installed a Rinnai Tankless for over $1000 cheaper than quoted from a highly ranked plumber. Lennard and crew did a high quality job in a timely manner. Team took time to explain the various steps even to the point of explaining how the condensate drain worked and why the exhaust needed to be PVC instead of metal.

late night call, was quoted 230, made an appointment for 12:30, plumber calls at 12:40 wait another hour and a half, oh, and the bait and swith price was more than double.

Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies. They will be our absolute go-to in the future. Thank you to everyone we connected with there!
