Best Professional in Phoenix AZ

Omgosh...we moved here the last day in May and needed pest service. WOW ... can't believe exactly how hard it was to get companies to call back when looking for service!

Finally, after many no call backs, and no shows, a dozen reasons why they couldn't show up....like rain...where we live we saw very little rain. Finally, we signed up with Angie's List. Our lucky day. We received a coupon booklet from their company and immediately found this company. We called them and they scheduled an appointment with us for the next day!!! Zachary, our technician, arrived much earlier than expected, he did have to return, not his fault but ours!

He came back exactly when he said he'd be here. We spent a great deal of time together; him educating us, and answering our bizillion questions. He got his job done and we slept very good that night!!!

If you can, please request ZACHARY for your technician!!! This really is a great company. Impeccable integrity, perfect employees, reliable. We just cannot say enough great things about this company!

Terrible service specifically asked to be called 30 minute's prior to showing up. Was told the technician called me and left voicemail and never got called or a voicemail on my phone. Was waiting in front of my phone waiting for the phone call . Obviously the do NOT know how to follow instructions. Terrible customer service!!!!!

Ryan came to my house for a free consultation for bed bugs, and I was able to get an appointment scheduled the same day!
He was able to show me the bugs, and explain how they rid the house of them.
Zach came and performed the heat treat and told me how to clean up, and recommended things for me to do to keep them away!
They both were very nice, and they helped ease my anxiety a lot.

Excellent, professional service and on time. This termite exterminators solved all my problems with pests, and they were very friendly, well presented. The work was thorough and tidy.

Despite the late post, I'm extremely pleased with the service from The Beekeeper in Phoenix. Russ W. was sent to our home on 11/20/15 to investigate a bee that made its way into the house. He spent a good amount of time investigating whether there was a hive before determining it was a rogue bee. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and patient, and clearly explained why he thought it was a rogue bee and not the start of a hive. I appreciate his caring and patience! If the occasion calls for it, I'll be happy to ask for Russ at The Beekeeper to take care of removing any other bees. Thanks, Russ!

I don’t post many reviews. But wanted to say how pleased I am with Guardian and their service tech David. Always very helpful and responsive, when I’ve had an issue. There have been challenges with my house, based on the way it was built and set up. He has always met the challenges with professionalism and provided great service. Would highly recommend

I have major respect for the crew with Phoenix Pigeon Control. They did excellent work getting rid of the pigeon problem at the front entrance of my office building. I was happy with their removal methods and they cleaned up the mess from the birds so well. Since the service we have had no more issues with pigeons trying to roost in the entrance area, no more noises and mess, and no clients dodging birds walking in.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

They totally saved my home from a termite infestation. I had no idea that I had termites until I saw a few flying around my house. I called Total Termite & Pest Control, and they came to my house the same day to do a termite inspection. They found the source of the problem and got to work treating my home. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and he explained the whole process to me. I felt confident in their abilities, and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend them for any pest control needs you may have.

Bees were going into the box that my landscapers access to turn my sprinklers on and off. I called this company because they could be out within the hour. Glad I did, bees taken care of and now my landscapers can get back in there and turn my sprinklers off. Thanks!

This company is great! Jay sprayed my house down after I had found several scorpions over a course of a week! He did amazing and was so nice and a pleasure to talk/work with!

They are a scam. Call another company. They all know about these vultures.

My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didn't believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
