Very professional company. Easy to work with on the phone and the repair man came right on time and did a great job. Highly recommended service to anyone in Arizona. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner on my follow up service call and that meant a lot to me that the customer service is cared for.

Stefan did a great job of coming up with a solution for fixing our broken pipe behind the shower. When the job was done, he physically showed me his repairs and answered all of my questions.

Louis came out to unclog my toilet. Was fast clean and super professional. Definitely recommend this company.

Super expensive and note reliable.

In all my home-owning years (45 yrs) I have employed many plumbers for a variety problems. Pavel/Paul, is now at the top of my list. I called him based on the recommendation of my neighbor and In couldn't be happier with the cost and quality of his work. Pavel identified and fixed a leak in my kitchen drain that was probably there since a remodel in 2005 and was leaking under an outside wall. Solution - replace drain pipe and move drain clean-out to an outside wall.

My tech was Don and THANK GOD he was able to come out the very next morning after my water heating broke and flooded my garage. I only had to go without hot water for less than 24 hours. I thank Don so much for his great work and timeliness!! Of course it's not a fun expense to have pop up, but I asked my neighbors and friends - and from everyone I've asked I've heard that my price was extremely fair. Thank you, Don!

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Unfortunately, there was miscommunication regarding the type of a/c we have (old a/c, chillers) and Day & Night doesn’t provide service on these type of units. The tech was still kind enough to take a look in case our issue was something very apparent. He was very kind and professional and provided useful suggestions. Even though we couldn’t fix the issue and it was out of their control, they showed great professionalism and willingness to help. Definitely recommend using them!

You are not finding a Better, More Professional Plumbing Co. I just had Mikes help the other day! It dawned on me that I have been getting Great Service, and Clear answers, along with just being consistent and always fixed right.

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Well, everything is running well! I now know what company to call & refer when there are plumbing issues! Thank you so much Gerald!

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.

They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.
