I've used Maloney on several plumbing service calls. On the most recent, Jason (the tech) was excellent. He spent a good portion of his Saturday dealing with our water heater and he did it with professionalism and a smile. He cleaned up everything nicely and left us with a great-looking new water heater. Would be nice if we had more guys like Jason doing service calls for all the other businesses we've called on over the years. I love their contact system via text where it keep me updated all the time about their timeline, arrival, etc. Anyway, I'll definitely continue using Maloney when we need them.

I made appointment with owner (Doug), he verified by email, (impressive), arrived on time , listened to my problem and set out to rectify and correct the situation. Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier.

Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.

W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.

Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!

AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.

Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

I use Parker and Sons for all my plumbing in the house and around the outside...lol. They are exemplary in the HVAC industry.

Wade was friendly and professional and eager to work. He did an awesome job and walked me through everything that he would be doing. He replaced my water heater and took the old one with him. He explained how the new water heater worked and the improvements. He cleaned up all of his mess and left the room the same condition that it was in prior to the work.

Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. Very fast service. My water heater had a leak and Water Heaters Only came out and swapped the whole unit within two hours!! Highly recommend using them, they do excellent work

The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step. They made sure everything was done properly and correctly, and gave me great tips to keep the best life of my new water heater. I couldn't have asked for better service.
