I can’t say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful, and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we’re very professional, polite and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in there ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn’t be done for under $190. I’ve already begun to recommend them to my family and friends. They have earned a customer for life. Do not use these plumbers. They couldn't fix my simple drain problem. THE WORST 49.95 I have ever spent. They only got the main line to drain slowly, the first time and I asked they continue to snake it since it was clearly not fully resolved. They had only spent about 10minutes working on the issue and were only in a hurry to get out of there. They tried to upsell me and pressure me into camera's and water hoses and more drain cleaning that was completely unnecessary. They ONLY give you a 2 week guarantee for a reason. because 17 days after they had barely fixed my issue, it came back to haunt me, and of course, when I called, the girl offered no help except to speak to the tech, who, of course, never called. So, I called another plumber to come out for $60 and they fixed the issue, thoroughly. No upsell, no pressure, a job well done. I just hope nobody else has to have the same bad experience and cause massive headaches over this.

Upon arriving at my residence, Technician seemed more anxious in setting me up with mold remediation company that same day. I'm sure there is a hefty kickback for setting up (more than their discounted service call. I ended up having to contract another reputable company to complete work after running a camera down the clogged line and showing me everything. Beware!

Freddy came 75 miles to hydrojet our extra long waste water drain. Major drains were backing up and we could use no water. He came early afternoon and stayed 6 hours until he had the entire drain system completely clear. He used his state of the art equipment: cameras, lines, high pressure jets etc. to clean out 8 years of egg shells, on which so much sludge hung up. When they tell you not to ever put eggshells in the disposal. Don't. The other thing that was so revealing was that the disposal simply does not grind things up to very small bits. We are believers now. Freddy stayed till after 8 p.m. - moved other appointments around just to ensure that our pipe was absolutely cleared. Many a plumber would have given us the green light well before, as the line was unpacked sufficiently that water could flowed - for awhile. But, would be hampered again in no time with even just a few areas of eggshell deposits. He, is most conscientious and we appreciate him so much.
