Needlessly expensive. Charged $1200 bucks to change a kitchen faucet. They did a good job but there's no excuse here, just find someone else to do these cut and dry jobs. This seems to always be the case with them.

Cameron and Franz were both fantastic technicians! Cameron came out right away the first day and diagnosed the problem quickly. Franz came out the next day and finished the job efficiently. Before and during the process, both technicians communicated frequently and purposefully. Cameron, Franz, and The Aussie Plumber office staff were all very professional throughout the process. I was VERY skeptical when Pruitt was assigned to handle the warranty of our water heater at first. As I looked online, the reviews were terrible. However, if you ask the right questions and communicate properly, most bad experiences can be avoided - which was our case.



I was up front with them about bad reviews and they made it their duty to show me a GOOD experience, which they did. Kudos to them for making it all happen ... Now to the review.



Just finished a few days without a water heater due to some leaks. Called Pruitt and they were out and making things happen very quickly. Especially remarkable it all happened on Good friday over a holiday weekend.



They came out, assessed damage, gave recommendations which at the time was sever water damage. We were able to fix the water damage over the weekend and then have Pruitt (adam miller who was exceptional) come out to install our new water heater.



Bottom line: Great to communicate with, honest and handled the job like a professional. Would easily hire them again.

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.

1st visit they come to fix a clogging toilet. The guy flushes it a few times and says it working fine. There had to be a 2nd visit so obviously they shouldn’t have been so quick to say there is no problem when I called them or for a reason. 2nd visit they quote almost $500 to snake a drain because it had to be done from the roof. Called another plumber and got it done for $200. I’m the end they just wasted a bunch of my time.
