Wyman Plumbing is the best!! My water heater went out over the weekend. I was able to schedule a replacement for Monday morning using their online scheduling. The communication from the business owners and the technicians (Anthony and Ryan) was super. Thank you amazing work and customer service.

Supposedly electrical circuit issue was going to be trouble shot in lieu of the last hvac checkout that was left on our maintenance contract. The electrician did a great job, but was unaware of any reduction/credit for the remaining hvac visit. No one informed him of the credit previously discussed. Great work, but poor communication from the folks that made the appointment.

Switched out water heater day after calling.Best price by far! Dorothy will take care of you to get things done.

The Owner, Christian was on site during both days of work. The crew were clean, friendly, sociable and helpful. They took time to explain the process whenever I asked questions. They put down protection over our wood floor while working inside the house. Even though they were coming back the next day to finish they picked up all their equipment and cleaned up the debris from the day. You would not know they had been here.

They made sure everything was working with their product. They even did a load of wash to make sure before they left. Obviously I am very pleased with Peerless.

We have battled with our A/C problem for almost two years. George Brazil has been consistent in continuing to pursue a solution. Although they admittedly dropped the ball at one point, they showed their contrition and concern, and renewed their efforts. I plan on using them in the future.I was very discouraged with the problem until they sent the last technician, Josh W. out. Josh was a nice young man, very likeable, as were the other techs. When describing and showing him the problem, the symptoms were not as strong as usual. I thought, great, this will be diagnosed as - the owner is a nut. Josh didn't waiver, wasn't in a hurry to get to the next job. He spent some time with our unit and with me. The symptoms returned. He spent more time diagnosing. He noticed a problem with the internal blower motor, which had been replaced once but was still bad. Not stopping there, he picked up a big difference when a certain external panel was in place verses off. It set up something like a harmonic vibration, shaking the unit. After replacing the motor, wheel and housing, and stabilizing the panel with rubber backing, the vibration has decreased to a normal level. I am very happy with the service we received from Josh W. I hope we can get Josh to return if any future problem arises.Drew Langley

We had Robert come handle some repairs for us. When it was over, instead of being more stressed, we were totally relieved. Robert is the opposite of everybody else. He's not just really, really good at what he does, but he understands customer needs: he's on time, he talks through things and gives plenty of information, he's careful with your house, and he doesn't give you surprises on your bill. Plus his prices are very reasonable--he's not the cheapest low-baller in town, but he also isn't ripping you off like some of those larger companies. Byanka and Ramiro worked great as a team. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job every day and their work is awesome. You would never know we had our house re-piped! I would highly recommend Arizona Integrity Plumbing.

Long wait for service call to be scheduled, which I was okay with given the 5-Star rating on-line. However, day of scheduled service call, I called to confirm appointment and was told we were thrid on the list and plumber was already at call #2 at 9:00 a.m. (had an approximate 12:00 p.m. appointment time). However, at 2:00 p.m. still no word. Called back and was told the plumber forgot to come to our house and he was in Gladewater, but would come to our house next. We were also told that we should not expect plumber to arrive at any certain time. When we called back to get an explanation and cancelled our appointment, the lady was very rude and hung up on my husband. Will not call again for future repairs!

We had our A/C serviced today by our excellent penguin tech, Mike Erdbacher! He did an excellent and very thorough job. He explained issues that our unit had very well and even showed us pictures of the issues, some of which we didnt even know about until then! Overall the service was excellent! I will absolutely be reccomending Penguin Air to my friends and family after such a great and easy experience.
