Nikki in the office was totally awesome. She was very professional and answered all questions we had. She said a technician would be at our home in 20 minutes or so. What a surprise, she was awful close. Jason the tech was very responsive & professional. Quick to find and repair the leaky pipe and cleaned up the mess from the repair. The service we received from Wyman Plumbing is very rare these days and I would highly recommend with no reservation.

My technician today was very open and honest. He knew that I was not pleased with having to purchase a new rod however he expressed the need to think of the overall picture. He was very professional and understanding.

Blue Plumbing, LLC is my go-to Plumber from here on out. I am very, very, pleased with their work! They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Recently, while having some foundation work done on my house, a gas line that had been installed without a permit (not to code) was damaged. Southwest Gas came and disconnected the line and I was informed that it could not be repaired because of the code violation. It had to be completely replaced. The estimate I received from Blue Plumbing was reasonable given the work needed. I obtained a permit from the city and work began. They were absolute sticklers for making sure that the installation was done properly so there would be no issues when the city came for the inspection. I particularly appreciate that the installation was done in a manner that accommodated the quirks of my old house. They installed a sleeve under my perimeter wall so the pipe could pass through. A tracer wire was placed from the meter to where the pipe enters the kitchen (allows for utility detection since the gas pipe is plastic). At the end, after a layer of dirt was put into the trench, yellow caution tape was laid for the length of the trench as a precaution for future digging, and then the rest of the trench was filled in. When a portion of my water line had to be removed temporarily to allow the gas pipe to be laid, the work done to reinstall the copper pipe was far superior to the work done for the original water line installation. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up, hosed down the driveway and the porch and smoothed out the dirt. Everything was left in order.The only real snags with this project did not apply to Blue Plumbing and involved the city inspector not making it on the scheduled day, and waiting on the phone for an hour with Southwest Gas to schedule the reconnection. If you need gas or water plumbing work done, I highly recommend this company.

Super amazing team!!! The guy who came to look at the issue the first day was super professional and kind. We were in a need to wait situation due to needing parts for an entire new system change out. This guy seemed genuinely concerned and got me on contact with CJ for more details. Both men suggested great ideas for things I could do to help relieve the heat in the waiting period. CJ was an awesome guy who went above and beyond accepting and returning my calls multiple times and days to figure out scheduling and help in conflicts. I could not be home during the install but my wife was able to get off work to be here. Frisco and the other guy who came here made her feel comfortable and really were not even noticed most of the time here. (And this was an all day job) I really appreciate the service I received and the quality of the people we came in contact with. I will highly recommend A.P.E.S to anyone and will use them in any future needs. Thanks a ton!!! Fantastic Job from start to finish!!

We had a problem. Every drain in our house was blocked and had backed up into the bath tub and shower. We called George Brazil. Pat H was there in two hours. The whole problem was taken care of in 15 minutes from him showing up to leaving! He was very nice, explained everything to me, and took care of the problem. He and George Brazil have my highest recommendation.As a matter of fact, not only have we used them for plumbing issues, but purchased two air conditioning units from them for our house, and they have serviced them as well. They are honest and always do great work.
