Not only were the initial services repaired incorrectly but once I was finally able to locate the correct company, Diamondback Plumbing, and reach out to advise, they seemed helpful at first however, decided they were going to charge me over $400 to go back and fix something they screwed up on. Now the low life piece of garbage manager Steve I believe is refusing to right the wrong and refusing to provide the business insurance information and is now attempting to charge me for services that were not rendered. Make your life easier and just find another company.

I was very impressed by Alex in particular and his level of professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. He answered all of my many questions and did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line. I had my water heater replaced by Corri last week. I was very impressed how prompt we were able to do the install- we had a quick consultation on Thursday and by Friday afternoon I had a brand new water heater and hot water! Corri was very friendly and professional. He let my neighbors know that the water would be shut off and did the switch quickly in order to have the water turned back on for all the units. He was considerate and explained what he was doing as he did it which I appreciated- I would recommend this business!

Service man was on time. As a matter of fact a little early. He noticed that our old 50 gallon water heater still had warranty time left on it, and he "Jason" would call the office as to how to proceed. We were quoted a price of $926.00, for new unit installed and carry away our old unit. We ended up paying $525.00, saving $400.00 for a rainy day. Jason was quick in doing the install, cleaned up after himself. All in all it was a pleasant experience, and will use Wyman again as needed.

As usual, my plumbing issue happens late on a Friday afternoon. Had to shut off water, and still leaking some. First place I called can come out on Monday .. called BFP and had someone out within a couple of hours. Need to get a part tomorrow, but my water is back on before my wife gets home!

Replaced the garbage disposal with Pruitts through first American the worst warranty company 3 months ago. After the barely connected pipe wiggled loose this morning i just paid another $100 to have a $1 pvc pipe replaced that should have been replaced when the new disposal was installed. The technician said sorry! Nothing i can do! Have a great day! This is absolute fraud.

My home was built in 1948 and the old cast iron drain lines under the house were cracking and need to be fixed. After taking bids from other plumbing companies that were only interested in digging up my floors with huge downtime and charging thousands for pipe bursting, I found Peerless. They were recommended by a realtor who sold my next door neighbors house and it was the best recommendation I could have hoped for! Christian came out and scoped our lines, he was much more thorough than the other companies and explained our options. Peerless could reline the old pipes without digging up the floors and Christian walked us through the process , I was impressed and we hired them. I coordinated with Lindsay, she was excellent to work with and communication was above and beyond. When the crew came out to descale the lines to prep for the reline, they were on time, clean, courteous and professional. When Mike and his team came to do the actual reline, they were most excellent as well. On time, professional, knowledgeable, clean and they didn't mind as I watched their work and answered questions without any attitude. Mike, Wyatt and their co-worker (sorry, I cant remember his name!) were great to work with over the two days they were here, I cant say enough about their knowledge and professionalism. Peerless is the ONLY plumbing company you should consider if you need your old cast iron, clay bell, orangeberg and other drain lines relined. They relined both our 3 main lines as well as the 2 kitchen and bath lines. As their shirts says They can do what others can't and ITS TRUE!
