I was almost run off of the freeway by an employee. They were driving extremely wreck less. Riding my bumper, chasing me down after I attempted to get away. I called to report this driver and never heard back. I would not have hesitated to sue this company if my daughter and I were hit. I hope this individual has been fired. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, and ignorant to do it in a company van with an easily identifiable license plate. I will never use this company.

Our RUUD water heater had had the biscuit, so I called the people who handle the maintenance requests (we are renters), and they sent out a tech from A.P.E.S . The chap that turned up, named Anthony, was courteous and kind and did a bang-up job of removing the deceased RUUD water heater and installing a new one, complete with a drainage tray. Just in case. Anthony is a terrific chap. Thanks again !

Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!
