Kevin did a good job explaining the issue with the pilot light on the water heater and once could get the right part fixed it and cleaned the unit as well. Good work at fair price.

I have been using Option One Plumbing for several years personally and as a real estate agent. Andrew is always professional, considerate and listens to your concerns and questions. If he encounters a situation he is not familiar with or wants a confirmation that his approach is correct, he will get on the phone with Robert, his supervisor, or another colleague. This builds confidence in me that the job is being done right the first time. Robert brings a level of knowledge, skill and direction to the jobs. He is great at overcoming challenges and his communication with the client is honest and transparent. In the years I’ve worked with Option One, I have never felt like they dishonestly diagnosed a job for their benefit to make more money. I will continue building and maintaining my relationship with Option One plumbing today and moving forward.

I was a residential property manager for several years and was happy to use Anthony's plumbing for all of our service issues. I felt I got good answers and fair prices. My contact person was Brandon who always made sure my properties were well taken care of. Recently, my husband and I did some reconstruction on a home we were moving to and Anthony's took care of the intricate rerouting we needed done. When it was time to move back the hot water heater, Mark was sent out and made sure all of the old lines were brought up to code. Then Mark came back again a few weeks later to fix a small leak we had created. (Same day, within hours of my call). Great service and personable and knowledgeable technician. Besides great service, Brad inspected everything and repaired and replaced things for much less than I expected to pay. I also received a lot of information from Brad about what he was doing, what to expect plus things to do to prevent future problems. He also told me about the Flow-TechHome water treatment system which I hope to get in the near future and he signed me up for their electric service which will provide much needed peace of mind. Today was a GOOD day!

Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.
