Unfortunately we cannot give them more stars based on the fact that they were not able to come out for the emergency service, as they advertise they provide, that we requested.We called at 11pm and were told someone would call us within 5 minutes. We waited about 30 minutes. Just to be told they can call us back in the morning to tell us what time they can come out the next morning. We were told they could not give us a time at the moment. So, not 24 hour service?We then recieved a call the next morning stating that they could come by between 1pm-5pm.Why then would you advertise your company as 24 hour service? Emergency or not if the client requests for you to come out asap I would expect a business to accommodate that request.As for customer service, they were nice. I just hope they wouldn't advertise that they come out 24 hour if they are not willing to...............Hi Steve, in response to your offer of a discount. I have not had anyone reach out to us. with that said I appreciate the effort. We found another company that was willing to accommodate us within 30 minutes of calling them. Everything is taken care of and in working order.

Called them at 2:30 PM on a Friday and they were able to send out Enrique ( great guy) who replaced my water heater in just hours. Great job, professional, cleaned up the work area & a fair price. Would definitely recommend them.

Hired Simba through the Thumbtack app for a Reverse Osmosis system install under my kitchen sink (bought the system myself). They were very quick to respond and provide an estimate, then scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. Service technician arrived early and finished quickly. System looks good and works great. Would definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs.

I came home to find my water heater leaking throughout the garage. I had a Ben Franklin logo from when my garbage disposal was installed in my house. I sent them a message and received a response within minutes. They were able to send someone out that day. My service technician was Christian, and arrived a couple hours later. He was very thorough , did an excellent job explaining the situation to me and was very patient (I was pretty indecisive about which direction I wanted to go). Ultimately I needed to replace my water heater and was even more surprised that he could do it the same day. Christian did an excellent job explaining all my options and was very professional. I felt very comfortable in his skill set and never felt like he was pushing a sale. If you have Christian as your technician, you are in great hands. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely be using Ben Franklin

We hired Parker and Son's to perform our annual maintenance on our Ecowater RO system, and Ecowater softener. I can't say enough good about this company, they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the prior company we used. The technician, Ezekiel, was professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He was a joy to have work in our home. The service fees and parts cost were less than the prior company, with no price gouging or high pressure sales. We will continue to use Parker and Son's for all of our future needs. Excellent handling of my appointment in terms of communication and scope of work. Erick, the plumber, was right on time, and very professional and personable. He had all the information on the work that needed to be done and after a quick tour, got right to it! He left his work areas indoors and out very clean. He also provided some good advice about future projects we should consider/ plan for... We would definitely use Anthony's Plumbing again.

They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.

I use Arizona Plumbing Expert Services (APES) when replacing countertops as part of my cabinetry business. Vonda answers the phones and efficiently schedules service times for me. APES technicians show up on time and reconnect sinks, install faucets, install new garbage disposals and reconnect R/O water systems. I know I can count on APES to get the job done, I wouldn't use anybody else!

Even though it was a holiday weekend and in the middle of the night / morning…. Both Lauren Quiroz and Casey were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you ladies for all you did… very much appreciated. ??
