I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. I am a local landlord with several properties throughout the valley. I have used Anthony’s Plumbing for over 8 years now for all of my houses for unclogging drain lines. This weekend one of my houses had a clogged main line. I called Anthony’s plumbing to request a drain cleaning service like I always have done. They called me back saying because I have used them several times at this property they would “no longer charge the normal price”. They usually charge $65 to $80 because I have put clean outs on the ground to make it easy. They told me before they respond out they would now have to charge me a new drain cleaning fee of $283 and a new camera service of another $169. What company do you know of that punishes you for using them repeatedly? Unbelievable. I have told all of my friends, neighbors, and fellow landlords to use Anthony’s Plumbing because they ask me which companies to use since I deal with a lot of them. I am switching plumbing companies as a New Years resolution. This was completely unexpected and unprofessional. This is not how you treat loyal customers who have been using your services for over 8 years. I am crossing this company off my list of trusted contractors. Again, what company does this?

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. There's nothing like a plumbing mishap to send one into a state of panic! Things get chaotic when your only bathroom is out of order! Fortunately for me- the service guy arrived & quickly put my mind at ease. He was patient, answering all my questions & worked diligently, determined to find and fix the root cause. And he did so amidst the parade of animals determined to get in his way. I was pleased with the service & grateful for a problem solved! Thank You Efrain- you were our hero that day! Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.
