The service, pricing, and end result was fully functioning plumbing.On a personal level, I need to start taking pictures of my stuff before anyone does work on anything and I would recommend you do so as well.I had some valves replaced inside a small bathroom vanity and somehow in the process the plumber detached the whole vanity from the wall. I've owned my home for 8 years, I know the vanity was fully attached to the wall, as I had sealed it myself, and when I brought it to his attention before final paymentthe instant response was "it was like that before we worked on it." Oof.I get that nobody wants to be liable for anything, and to his credit he tried to offer to reattach it to the wall but my wife was so upset at the response that I just paid him and sent him on his way. What's unfortunate is there were two plumbers and this guy was not the one who worked in that vanity so he was really just covering for his coworker.All this to say, take photos of the work area before anyone starts any work. Aside from that, they were very reasonable and my plumbing is in good working order.

First let me start off by saying we had an issue mid day Sunday afternoon. Water was coming up through our toilets and our tubs in both bathrooms. Their tech Santino was so helpful and cleared the drains. ON A SUNDAY! They were not over priced. Friendly service and seriously helped us out when we needed someone to figure out what was going on. I made a great choice in calling Plumbers of Maricopa. Their website has a Chat box which was so helpful for it allowed me to reach out before their office opened and communicate with Chris and share with him my situation. Upon their office opening, Chris called and scheduled a time to come out and review the issue. Chris was prompt, professional, polite, efficient, kind and cost was very reasonable. i would not recommend this company to anyone since they are not honest people to work with. They double dipped by collecting the fees from the Home Warranty Company and charging our tenant the what they called uncovered parts fees on top of the regular service call fee. Our manager at that time was a little naive and paid for that extra amount without permission from the owner first. When we contacted the Home Warranty Company to clarify the extra amount, we were told the claim was approved for repair without additional charge. We were advised to contact the Laszlo's Plumbing for a reason why and we did but nobody responds back to our message. This just indicates Laszlo's Plumbing is just a cheater who's not responsible for the action they did. So my advice is DO NOT use this company or you will get ripped off.

Rene showed up at our house just 2 hours after our initial request for service. Said he could repair our 16 yr. old washer, but it would be better to get a new one (we agreed).He stayed on the line with the home warranty company until they finally answered. Rene told us the phrase to use with the warranty company when we called them to get reimbursed for a new machine rather than just a repair. We would have never known that option. He was very professional and patient.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.
