Really disappointed how Diamondback handled our last service call. We have used them a handful of times for our businesses. This last service call they didn’t completely finish the job or clean up. They didn’t skip a beat calling use everyday for payment tho. I had no problem paying the billing if and when the job was completed. They asked for me the pay and they would have a technician come and finish the job entirely. That never happened. Even after a follow up call. Disappointing and poor customer service. Needless to say I’d suggest taking your business to a company that completes the job hired for.

We have been having recent issues with our backyard draining unwanted waste into the grass. Anthony V came to the rescue this morning! He was right on time and fixed the problem in no time. He was very considerate and professional. I would recommend Moon Valley Plumbing to anyone, they are wonderful!

Anthony was a great service person. I would definitely request him as my service person again. Changed my r.o. unit and checked toilets and water pressure and water hardness. A very good value. First time with the company and I would use them again.

Chris and partner were great and responsiveness of front office was also great! We had a unique gas related request and had tried many other companies. Left a message for P&S on a Wednesday and the job was complete by Thursday! Great first experience, will use again!

He was knowledgable and professional. While here he fixed several plumbing related items and discussed other potential fixes with us. If we need plumbing related work in the future we will definitely call them.

Checked hot water heater, R/O, and discussed what is best and what will work in my condo set up. And provided an estimate for me to choose from. Jared was very personable and inspired confidence by his thorough knowledge of plumbing options.

Jared did provide wonderful service and checked in w/me at every step, to be sure everything was done according to my wishes or preference. I think when a Company is sound, everything done stands on its own merit. I am so grateful to have found Deer Valley and will continue to use them exclusively for my plumbing needs. Jared's professionalism and pride in the work he does gives me hope for the future. Outstanding plumbing company! The service I received from their plumber named Heath was honest, quick and done right! He was never trying to make a sale. Great company!

After posting my initial review, Jarod came out and spoke with my father and I about the situation. I will say that he wanted to know exactly what happened. He let us know that there were HIGH CONCERNS as to the events that took place. They took disciplinary action and wanted to rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY. Jarod was a nice man and actually paid us back the $$ that we paid to the other company to fix our plumbing problem. He even sent out a gentlemen to repair the Stucco at NO CHARGE! I will say that he stood by his word and did exactly what he said he would do, without question. I appreciated everything that they said they were going to do, with follow through. If you ever have any questions or concerns with this company they will back up their service and honesty of employee practices. Thank you again Jarod!

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They will try to take you for whatever they can!! They came out to fix a stopped drain in the kitchen on Christmas Eve. The man Josh couldn't fix it, so they would have to have someone else come out with a camera the day after Christmas (Saturday). Erick told my elderly parents that it was a bad main drain pipe. He showed them the video and convinced them that it would have to be replaced with a burst pipe. I wasn't there to see the video.

He went outside to work up the numbers. He came back with a quote of $21,000.00!!!!! There was nothing itemized. He talked my parents into financing it!! They both live on their Social Security and could not afford this. I asked them to hold off. They scheduled the repair once I left for work.

I was extremely apprehensive as to what the real problem with our system was. I stopped them from going forward and had to contact 2 finance companies to withdraw. My dad took out 2 Loans!!!

I called another company and they told us the pipe was fine. They fixed the problem the santee in the wall for $750.00

STAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS!! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE!! Erick should be fired!

They were called to check laundry tub which had overflowed to send a report to our insurance company. While here, I asked if they could do something about a singing toilet. They took the time to provide a quote, which was reasonable, and completed the work quickly. We have used them several times and would recommend them over plumbers in the City of Maricopa.

I have had other plumbers try to fix my kitchen sink drainage problem, and my tub faucet handle. No one knew what they were doing. The technician was professional, spent time, and knew exactly what to do. I couldn't be happier.

This is an amazing company! I had a slab leak that needed to be fixed asap. I called and had an appointment the very next day. I was able to be at work while they were working in my home and they locked up when they were finished. Everything was cleaned and they even put back drywall pieces in place to cut costs on having that repaired. I would recommend them 100%! Robert is awesome to work with!

On time and gets the work done
