The last year or so has been a very challenging time for our family. In Nov 2019, our 7-year-old son was diagnosed with Leukemia. Months later, as a nation, we were hit with COVID-19, which drastically impacted my wife's industry, "Hospitality and Event Management", as well as many others. As a result, our way of life: living, socializing, and working has changed in unexpected ways.Despite these challenges, as a family and as a nation, we are all doing our best to maintain health, happiness, and prosperous lives. Last week, fate threw us another curveball, as we noticed a significant leak from our Water Main feeding to our home. After speaking with our Homeowners Insurance and Home Warranty companies, we found that this type of issue is not covered by either of the two plans, so it became clear that we would have to find a way to fix the issue out of pocket.So, after doing a little Google research, we stumbled across Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC. Within 24 hours of reaching out to Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC., Ignasio and Edward arrived on site to assess the recently discovered leak. After assessing the issue, they were very prompt and professional in offering us both long-term and short-term options that would best fit our budget.Given the issues mentioned at the beginning of this post, disposable cash on hand is a luxury we don't really have at the moment, so we opted to move forward with the lower cost temporary solution and scheduled the work to be completed the following day. The next morning when Ignasio and Edward arrived, they let us know that the Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC. leadership team had been made aware of our recent life challenges and offered to implement the permanent solution at no cost to us.Ignasio and Edward's kind and incredibly generous news warmed our hearts and brought tears to our eyes. Within a few hours, the leak was repaired, and the workspace/landscaping was clean and returned to normal conditions. my water heater stopped working all together, so I got some recommendations, and got MANY for Wyman plumbing. They came out the next day. well with my luck.. I got a default water heater, something was broken on the inside the water heater, but they were out again the very next morning to exchange it and made sure it wasn't leaking again. they made the whole process as painless as possible and appreciate them so much! I will be absolutely be recommending them and using them again! Thank you again for everything you did for us!!!

Franz came and did the rough in plumbing to convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower for a reasonable price with quality work. I also hired Aussie Plumbing back in Dec when they changed my shut off valves and box for my washer.



Update: We finally finished the shower and everything works and looks great.

We were contacted immediately. The toilet was fixed very quickly and the tech was very nice and cleaned up the mess.

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

I can't say enough good things about the gentleman who came out to help us!! He was friendly and curtious!. He came out to initially take care of a leaky shower that was driving us crazy and ended up fixing a sink we didnt even know was leaking! I will recommend charity plumbing to everyone I can possibly find! Thank you!

Called about 1hr ago asking for service on my mobile home and the lady said she'd check if they work on mobile homes and she'd call me right back 20min later when I got no call back I called Emergency Plumbing they were at my house ready to work literally less than 10min of calling them and at 11am the job was done (fastest service ever only took 30min!!)

I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.

Arthur and crew did a great job working on my septic system. Very efficient, good workmanship. He explained what happened and what needed to be done to remedy the problem. I would recommend One Call Plumbing Services to anyone needing professional plumbing work.
