Came out twice to repair water line past water meter First time didn't do it.

These guys are outstanding! I set up an appointment for the next day and the plumber was there right on time. I explain my problem and his diagnosis was spot-on. They fix the problem and cost was reasonable. Plumber Jason worked his butt off and did a fantastic job. The supervisor Ralph dropped in prior to Jason starting the job to reassure me that the job would get done and done right. What a great company. Thank you Rooter Hero!

i would not recommend this company to anyone since they are not honest people to work with. They double dipped by collecting the fees from the Home Warranty Company and charging our tenant the what they called uncovered parts fees on top of the regular service call fee. Our manager at that time was a little naive and paid for that extra amount without permission from the owner first. When we contacted the Home Warranty Company to clarify the extra amount, we were told the claim was approved for repair without additional charge. We were advised to contact the Laszlo's Plumbing for a reason why and we did but nobody responds back to our message. This just indicates Laszlo's Plumbing is just a cheater who's not responsible for the action they did. So my advice is DO NOT use this company or you will get ripped off.

Both electrical and plumbing associates came to do assessment on my house. They gave me information on the the areas of my house that needed repairs. They helped me prioritize the areas that are most important. They were efficient and friendly. They even made friends with my dogs which lessened the stress of the inspection. Their courteous treatment was what I expected from George Brazil. I hope to get all my work done as I can afford it. They also offered an attractive financing offer that received even more stress. Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

EDIT 1/11/20: Had a great experience with them for HVAC repair. Not so much for Plumbing. Called them again for a water heater that was tripping the circuit breaker. They charged me for someone to come out, and I was quoted 800 for a water heater repair, 1600 to replace altogether. They also turned off the valve without telling me. Called another plumbing company, they sent someone out for FREE, and said there was no problem with the unit and that the issue was electrical, but my issue might've been a one off scenario. So far, after turning everything back on, it's working fine. Long story short I was almost RIPPED OFF by Penguin.ORIGINAL: Absolutely amazing from start to finish. My tech, Jimmy, was amazing. AC unexpectedly broke around evening time, when the interior of my house went up to 90. I called several places and Penguin was the only one who could come out the same night. They told me they'd come out around 10pm, but to my surprise I got a 30 minute courtesy call around 7pm. This was maybe 1 or 2 hours after I originally called? Jimmy was extremely professional and courteous, and he fixed our issue in no time. He was honest and pleasant. Everyone I talked to on the phone was also pleasant and understanding. There was virtually no hold time. I can't recommend Penguin (and thank their workers) enough, these guys are gonna be my new go-to.

On February 22, 2022, a 40-gallon gas-fired water heater was installed in my home by Water Heaters Only technician Don S.
Don did an excellent job on the installation. I am completely satisfied.

Our unit stopped working and they came out the same day I called them. Remind you all in 113 % Az heat ! It’s hot! Mike was a nice, fast and got down to business. He found the problem and was able to fix it on the spot!

From the first site visit with Mike Tufegdzic, through their financial application process to the day of installation with Ed & Marco and their installation crew, the entire experience was thorough and professional. There are a lot of complicated steps involved in replacing/upgrading a complete AC system that people don’t always think about including cranes, upsized condenser unit support pads, custom air plenum boxes, customer support structures in the attic to fit new equipment, verifying integrity of copper lines between attic equipment and outside equipment, condensation lines, etc. and the repairs and upgrades to those lines needed to accommodate the modern high efficiency equipment. These guys know their business and they make sure that every step is completed as promised. They answered every question. There were no surprises. They did our installation all in one day. It is a pleasure working with a company that has quality people from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend Day & Night AC to anyone looking to replace their AC system.
