We have been using Insectek for a couple of years now. Their techs are always friendly and respectful of our home and pets. We added a wasp nest removal to our monthly service which was done today. I am absolutely terrified of bugs that sting or bite so this nest has been ruining my time in the pool. Our tech was able to kill the wasps and get rid of the nest and return our yard to its peaceful state. He was even able to recommend ways to keep them from returning to our pool, which was much appreciated. Oh and, these guys are ALWAYS on time...if not early. They always give you notice when they are on their way.Top notch customer service!

Our Western Exterminator man Seth Hakari provides us with excellent service. He always attends to our questions and comments.

Travis was awesome ! Came out sprayed everywhere thoroughly and even hit spots I was concerned about from last year when asked. Very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We are very happy with the service. Give this guy a raise!

John was great and very responsive at first but now he will not respond to text messages and not let us know anything about scheduling our home or anything. Covid played a part at first and we were understanding but the lack of communication is not acceptable at this point.
