Best Maintenance Schedule ? in Phoenix AZ

We have used this company since 2008 for septic pumping. They did our initial inspection and 2 subsequent pumping. We even purchase our bacteria for the tank from them.
They have recently been bought out and ever since the service has been awful. It took almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a years supply of the bacteria. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to schedule a pumping service, which they didn't show up for. So it took another call. They finally showed up damaged the filter, left the tank open (no backfill) and then wanted $1000 to replace filter. I said no and yo please come and backfill the tank. They said they would the next day. Guess what??? They didn't. I would recommend going with someone else. These guys have gone way downhill!

5. Dan (the Co-Owner) knows what he is doing - he diagnosed the situation, explained the challenges and the corrections that needed to be made in a friendly and understandable way. There was a complete understanding of the job.
6. Kyle and Jed arrived at the property and did the actual work - they knew exactly what they were supposed to do and had been fully advised by Dan of the job to be done.

I originally called Priority Pumping to do an inspection on my septic system to sell our home. Unfortunately, during the inspection we found out that the inspector that did the inspection 3 yrs earlier when we bought the home was a liar and passed the septic system when and shouldn't have, because it was corroded and coming apart. But Priority Pumping showed us what they found and then worked with us to get it replaced and completed within 3 weeks so we could complete the sale of our house on time. From the owner, Tanya to Dusty, the gentleman that did the entire install. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This company did a fabulous job and I would recommend them for all your septic needs. They get the job done without excuses and without hidden costs and are very fairly priced.
