He completely disassembled the showerhead to find out exactly what the problem was and then after everything was dry reassembled it correctly and securely. His attention to detail when assembling the Faucets was excellent as well as his cleanup. I rarely have seen anybody bring a dropcloth to the job to prevent any damage to the flooring. And his cleanup was done well and nothing was left behind in my garbage or recycle cans.That’s a first! If I need assistance in the future I will request Jason. He’s very kind and very respectful. Kudos!

They do not know how to use a phone. I called multiple times and Steve never called me back. When I finally did get a quote I tried to call again to expand the scope of the renovation project and give them more work and once again never received a call back. I would definitely not recommend them.

Dishwasher install-Robert replaced power cord and repaired initial install started by another company. They were responsive, professional, and courteous. Fast and cleaned up after.

Cameron was very polite and respectful. He thoroughly explained all of the issues and option’s for correcting them. He completed the repair of the leaking copper pipe in short order with minimal mess. He was a pleasure to work with.

A few weeks ago my wife discovered that water was coming up through the floor boards in our house. She decided to call this company to come and check it out. They advertised a free estimate so it sounded like a good idea. Upon arrival, they stated that in order to find out where the leak was, they needed a magical machine that would cost over $700 to use (I don't know, maybe they had to special order if from Neverland or some other magical faraway land). She said yes, so they proceeded to use this magical machine and figured out that one of the underground pipes had burst. Jordan's solution was to re-pipe the entire house, never mind the fact that you could have just re-piped the one portion where the break occurred.



He then proceeded to quote us $11,500 to re-pipe the entire house (both hot and cold lines). Initially we were blown back by the number but we decided to say yes, thanks to smooth talking Jordan. After letting the gravity of the debt we were about to get ourselves into settle, we decided to get more quotes from other companies. You could really tell that they did no want us to contact anyone else and kept on saying how great they were and how no one else could possibly do the work as good as they could. Jordan's underling even came back and said they would lower the price down to $10,000. After speaking with other reputable companies and obtaining quotes from them, we immediately saw what Roto Hero is all about. All the other quotes were drastically less than RHs was!!! We ended up going with another reputable company who was upfront and honest with us about what actually needed to be done.



What is really upsetting is how Jordan and his crew just showed up and attempted to get as much money out of us as possible! It's bad enough that we were stressing out about all the water damage. I felt like they took advantage of that stress. From now on, I will warn anyone that will listen, about the truth behind this company. STAY CLEAR.

I called today at 11am, my info was taken and I was told it would be given to dispatch and someone would call me back within an hour. 30 minutes later Raul called, I explained my kitchen drain line was draining but during our remodel we noticed black gunk in the drain line that goes into the wall. He said he had an appointment before me and would call me afterwards but thought he would be here around 2pm . Raul actually called me at 12:30 and said he was on his way. When he got here he tried several options, but it didn't work. He recommended a camera inspection and possible hydro jetting my drain lines. I declined until I could discuss options with my husband. Raul was not bothered but very understanding. I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said nothing because I really didn't do anything other than try a few options. He told me to call him if I need his services and he would gladly return. Great customer service from the beginning, great friendly technician. I will gladly refer Raul and Rooter Ranger to friends and family.

Tom Nicolaus the electrician was great! Main breaker failed which required SRP to pull the meter and was going to take up to 2 hours. Tom waited to get the job done the same day! Service like this is rare!

My water heater at my house broke. I called water heaters only to install a new hot water heater, Trevor was our tech and he was on time and very professional . He did all of the work and explained everything he did. Trevor has a great personality and made us feel at ease. I would recommend water heaters only and Trevor to my friends and family.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

As for me after my experience's with my Warretee Company, I am off them for good, , they had sent 3 different plumbing companies here to fix my dish washer and all three were not able to fix the heavy severe grinding noise's..from it ... and after numerous calls, I was told that noise's were not covered for replacements,
a friend told me about Allen's Plumbing
and I called them and guess what they had it fixed in 20 minutes...and it's been fine ever since..
so go head and buy Home warrentee's.!!!!!!!!!!.
