Troy was my family’s saving grace Sunday evening. Our AC you decided to go out so I called penguin but I was placed on an emergency list to have a technician come out. Troy arrived at our home around 10:30 PM and had our AC back on at 10:45 PM. Troy your work ethic is absolutely phenomenal and I am so thankful that you made my families night more comfortable in our home. We will continue to use penguin air for all of our home needs! Troy again, thank you for your fantastic customer service skills you went above and beyond!Joey was by far the best tech! He explained what was happening with out AC unit and what work it needs, and all because of how knowledgeable he was and helpful were getting a new unit!
