Best Kitchen Remodel Bathroom in Phoenix AZ

Like many of us our A/C unit stopped working in the middle of summer. Called the company that replaced it 2 years ago and they said somebody would call me. Few hours later called again. Nothing. The next morning called again and they said they didn’t have anybody for emergency services available. So I reached out to Parker and Sons and they had somebody out the same day! Excellent work. I am in the process of purchasing an older home. As expected, a few repairs were noted by my home inspector, and before I finalize my sale tomorrow I wanted an estimate of expected repairs. I did research and found Deer Valley Plumbing to be highly recommended per reviews. I spoke to Max who requested an email of my home inspection report. He was going to look it over at his request and call me back . I spoke with him again 8 hrs. Later and he said he was going to take it home, review it, and return my call. When I received no call this morning, I called back. He was just coming out of a meeting and I told the kind receptionist to give him my message,that I needed to give the seller an answer today. I called again at 230 pm after waiting 6 hours. Needless to say, I found another plumbing company. If I start out with dishonesty, and feeling like they don't care for a customer, then it is their loss not mine. I did not have a minor repair,but several areas I needed work. And to think a phone call, and appreciating a new customer would have probably made this a stellar review.

Had a simple plumbing problem, boy was I wrong. Called and talked to Martha and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Abdiel and John showed up and introduced themselves and quickly went to assess the situation. After a few minutes they said that they had to come back Monday. Monday arrives, Abdiel came early, very professional and polite and got busy right away. After a little while he came in with the news, he spoke directly to the landlord and informed him what was going on. Hero Home Service will be the first people I call for plumbing or AC work, they are truly a 5 star company. Don't settle for anyone else because in all honesty you get what you pay for and Hero Home Service has great prices and amazing technicians and office people.

We gave James and the team an emergency request to repair a broken pipe in our backyard. They said James would arrive around 6 PM, and he got to our house just before 6. James took care of the situation quickly and effectively. The price was reasonable, and James was wonderful to work with. Will be using again

Their driver almost just caused a 4 car accident then he got on the highway and way doing about 100 because he pulled away and was out of sight within seconds. Horrible driver this business should not allow that

Tom is a warm friendly tech. that went about his work in a very professional manner.After he finished up his work he very carefully explained what he found and cured. Tom left the work site in a neat, clean and orderly manner. Kudos to this young man.Tom truly enjoys his job and is good at his craft.

We received great advice and direction from this company. They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!

These guys were super responsive, very accommodating, and honest!! They gave me an estimate based on a photo, and dropped the price when they realized that it wasn’t as bad as they thought! Had to close the shut off valve of my home's main water supply to do a small DIY plumbing repair. Unfortunately, it went belly up when I went to open it back up, leaving me with no water. Luckily, I had saved Tutko Plumbing in my contacts years ago after being happy with their service. AJ was quick to rearrange their afternoon schedule so I wouldn't have to go another night without water. He was courteous, communicative, and made quick work of replacing the old valve with a more reliable ball valve and swapping out my old crusty hose bib, too. We had a new RO system installed due to age of the previous one. Cody, the plumber was very professional and informative regarding the installation of the new system.

Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.
