Best Kitchen Remodel Bathroom in Phoenix AZ

I was very impressed with the quality of the product and service we received. There were a couple of issues with the installation, but the company was quick to correct the issues, took full ownership and stood behind both the work and the product. We could have found a cheaper vendor, but I doubt they would have stood behind their work like Arizona Floors. We made the right choice!

I’m so glad I found Alan of Alan’s Flooring. He installed laminate flooring and it turned out terrific. He was great to work with and was flexible with our schedule. He picked up the material, he was on time, worked hard, very professional, paid attention to detail and made sure things were cleaned up. We can’t be happier, I highly recommend him.

AK Brand Flooring are amazing. Ali has done tiling projects on two houses for me as I transitioned and moved. The first was a hard to match Travertine that he went out of his way to find. The second was a project during a holiday week. Tony came in and ripped out previous tile and carpet and then installed a gorgeous wood look tile. If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

We're very happy with the new shower that Toscani Flooring managed/installed for us. The owner Nick is professional, courteous, and prompt. In an age where supply chain issues seem to be impacting everyone and you can't even get contractors to call back, Nick was on top of things. We received regular updates on when the tile was coming in, and once it arrived he had his teams ready to go in and get the job done. Each of his various subs were equally prompt... Original shower removal team, shower rebuild team, and plumber all showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and did excellent jobs. Plus as part of the bid Nick provides a whole house cleaning to ensure everything is perfect. We highly recommend using Toscani Flooring if you are in the market for any tile or flooring needs.

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. Hernan and his crew are professional, friendly, and pay a great deal of attention to quality detail work. We always call Hernan for our tile and stonework needs.

This company refuses to refund it’s customers unless they sign a contract saying they won’t put up any negative reviews. So I am putting this up for a friend who cannot. They were charged ($3000!) for a product that was not even used in their house. If you look also the majority of the 5 star reviews are obviously fake (all starting with the name of the company) and the lower star reviews detail similar problems as the one my friend experienced. Stay away from this company.
