Great service !

Hands down best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Had an emergency grease trap problem to resolve. Communication was top notch from the start. They discussed problem, and gave me information on some potential things to be aware of. Then worked to clear up schedule to get someone right away and gave times to expect calls and service. The plumber that came out was equally knowledgeable and had great suggestions to help prevent the issue again. He took time to make sure my staff and I had knowledge about our system and best practices to help maintain it and lessen the need to call a plumber for emergencies.Everyone at Diamondback Plumbing took time to make sure that not only my current issues were fixed but also made sure we were aware of problems not being addressed by our regular pump service or just ways to maintain our drains better. This is now my preferred plumber just due to the stellar professionalism.

Very friendly and went above and beyond, Erik was very helpful and made the process an breeze.

Franz was friendly and very knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to have him do our outdoor spigot repair!

Remington was very knowledgeable! He quickly evaluated what ended up being a grinder pump. Very honest with my options!

Called Simon for help with a leak under my kitchen sink and he made room in his schedule within two hours to swing by to fix the problem. Will use his company for all future plumbing jobs.

They were good when they came out, but then never sent me a bid, and aren't returning my calls to proceed.

Chris and Greg did a great job for me replacing shut off valves, a water heater and cleaning out my sewer lines. Would highly recommend!

A friend recommended them, as I had a bad experience with a contractor in 2019 still fixing things he destroyed/sabotaged. I called as I have a whole house water system installed in 2016. Wanted to change out the median. I was going nuts as I was following the arrows and could not get it to shut off. I needed to remove the tank and still have water to my house. That means from sometime between 2019 and 2020 it has been wrong.



They showed me that it was put on wrong/broke. I took pictures as the knob had been damaged and put on wrong. I also had them check out my sewer line.



It is so refreshing to have knowledgeable and professional service.

In the past most of your service has been fine, however, I called because our ac/heater unit leaks around it whenever it rains and the water leaks down into our house. This will be the third time a technician has come out to fix the same problem. The person I spoke to on the phone today was impatient and rude. I am not liking the direction your service seems to be going.

When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. They pointed out my issue and saved me thousands of dollars plus a game plan for everything to get handled. Thank you NU FLOW!

I used this company to fix our water main. When they did the installation they cut the line to our sprinkler system. I called them when I realized our sprinklers were not working. They said they cannot do anything, but would have the owner call me. I never heard anything. I called a few weeks later and spoke to the owner who said they didn't cut the line to the sprinklers and they had pictures. I asked if he could come take a look. He said he would come out the next day and I never heard from them again. I had to hire another company to fix this and this added another $1200 on to my bill above the few thousand I paid Charity plumbing.

Its a good place to be

Travis was very professional and prompt. His estimate was fair and spot on. He and his crew fixed my drainage problem ahead of schedule! A real lifesaver!
