Excellent company! Great technicians. I have been using them for years.

I had a pinhole leak in an elbow feeding my water softener. The technician arrived early, kept me informed of each his progress, finished in half an hour and gave me a two year warranty. Five stars is too few.

Our simple drain clog turned into a major project that our tech "didn't have time for" until the weekend was over as it was Friday night....

Kept rescheduling because of bigger jobs, completely lied they called which the never did I had to reach outta find out why they didn’t showed up, and the funny part is they came to fix a leak and 2 weeks later I got major damage because the pipe they fixed got a much bigger hole in another spot not to far from the original now had to file a claim with my insurance and had been a mess that can not get fixed until the plumbing gets done and they are not reliable, a complete disappointment please get different quotes before you go with this company I will never use them again

We called this company, while out of the Country, when our tenants complained of water backing up in their tub and toilets. The technician determined the issue was at the sidewalk where a pipe was crushed due to resent work by Cox Cable. Deer Valley quoted us $14,000 to dig the pipe and repair the break. Not only were we appalled at the estimate we also questioned why they would be willing to repair a pipe that was obviously on city of Phoenix property. We made one phone call to the City and the repair was taken care of the same day at no cost to us. This could have been a very costly mistake had we taken Deer Valley’s advice. I reached out to the owner,Joe Kerlin, prior to placing this review but received no response.

Option One came in with an hour and fixed our sewer issue quickly. Friendly and timely service at a fair price. What else can you ask for?

Very informative, they take video so u can see what is happening in your system, cracks,roots,rodents etc.. we had old galvanized,clay and concrete drainage and had it 'nudrain' incredible stuff will let u know more when it's finished.

The business is outstanding the laborers are the best especially the laborer Jamar he's such a respectful young man that cleans up behind himself

Jesus Covarrubias, Was very professional, I was given a time frame for arrival between 10:00 to 12:00 he contacted me that he is a little behind schedule which I appreciated the update. When he arrived he was organized and more the able to answer any of my questions. He worked neat and clean and wore his mask. He made some good suggestions for my future needs to maintain my plumbing system.
