Easy to work with

I have used Diamondback Plumbing several times over the last 14 years for my business and until this last experience have been happy with their employees and work. Just over 5 months ago I had to replace my commercial water heater. Diamondback Plumbing installed a new commercial grade water heater for just over $4700.00, but 2 days after installation the heater started to tilt so they came back out and with a little help from a hammer or wrench the water heater was sitting upright on the base( holes were made in the base for the legs to stick through, and there was dents on the side of the heater. I was assured that this would be ok and if not, I had a warranty. So last weekend March 23rd, 2019 the water heater started to leak, I called Diamondback and they sent someone out on Tuesday and told me that the tank did have leaks and that it would be replaced under warranty. Good news I thought, but after few heated telephone conversations going back and forth trying to find out when new heater will be installed. Apparently they were fighting with the manufacture, they hadn’t installed a commercial grade water heater back in October, they finally installed new heater on Friday. Saturday morning, I noticed that the hot water connector was leaking so again I had the pleasure of a telephone conversation with a representative from Diamondback Plumbing telling me that they would come out and fix the leak with new connectors but at a cost to me. I was taken back by this as I would have thought when they installed the heater on Friday, they would have replaced the connectors just like they did when they initially installed the heater 5 months ago. After several minutes of discussion, I reluctantly agreed just to pay for the parts ($78) and Diamondback Plumbing wouldn’t charge any labor. Well on completion of replacing the connect the invoice was presented with labor charge of $90 of course I was angry and confused just a couple of hours earlier we had agreed on no labor charge. The technician gave me some story that he had been to my business 3 time for this job will no pay and he had to go to north Phoenix to pick up the part which I thought should be standard on his truck.If Diamondback Plumbing had done the job right in the first place, then these return visits/issues/stress would not have happened.Very poor customer service with Diamondback Plumbing

I have used option one Plumbing in the past and they were my 1st call to fix main water leak. Worker Fernando provided excellent service and explained steps taken to remedy situation.

Anthony from Anthony's Plumbing came to check out an issue I was having with a leak in my shower. He was extremely professional and helpful in looking to find the cause the leak. He also was very Covid safe, in that he wore a mask, gloves, and even shoe covers, which made me feel much more comfortable with him coming into my home during a pandemic. I'll definitely be using Anthony's Plumbing if I have any other issues moving forward!

Jarrod was on time. He knew exactly what he was doing from the first step to the last & cleaned up the site perfectly.

Peerless is the best! I did a lot of research last year when I was looking to fix my sewer pipe and I'm so thankful I chose this company. They do excellent work, respond quickly and their prices are very fair. They're all so nice and they always show up when they say they will. I called them today because my bathroom sinks suddenly stopped draining and they arrived within a half hour to fix it... on a holiday weekend! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Excellent plumber I got his number on google to uncover the main drain of my house and Armando the plumber did a very good job and a very fair price.

This is a great company. I had Bob come service my water softener and then install an RO under my kitchen sink. Bob is great! He is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and worked efficiently. Many plumbers make commissions selling RO systems. The plumbers at Quail do not make commission off of the RO products. I felt like I got a very honest, upfront and reasonable price for the RO system and service. The scheduling department is also very prompt and friendly. They always got back to me quickly, and everything was done on a timely manner. I'm glad to say I've found a plumber/company I can call for any of my needs. Thank you Quail, you've got yourself a forever customer.

What a great experience! Called for a clogged drain and was immediately put to easy with amazing customer service. About an hour later a nice look gentlemen named Jarod showed up to my home. He was knowledgeable of my plumbing concerns and explained everything thoroughly. When my four year old starting asking questions, Jarod was so sweet to him and even let him “help”. In stressful times like these it’s nice to know we have a company that puts family values first right here in Orange County! I will definitely be referring Rooter Ranger to all my friends and family!

Were here on time and installed my faucet in kitchen at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful. Checked some other plumbing issues that I had at no extra cost. I’m definitely using them again!
