I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

Their employees used profanity, threw large objects from upstairs down onto my porch - luckily not hitting me, as well as left sharp screws & dust left over from AC job for my upstairs neighbor down onto my front porch for me to clean up. Horribly unprofessional employees.

My experience with Donley Service Center was rewarding the reason being, the water that was running on my roof from the air conditioner is now going into the to the proper place.

What a great company. I scheduled online, they called within a half hour to make sure they had all my information. Very friendly. The day of service they called, were here quickly, Ricky checked my system, found some major conditions. He worked with me too find the solution that worked for me. Did the job in a timely manner. I was grateful that we had an over cast day as I felt bad he had to work in the heat of the day. Ricky got me on the maintenance plan so I can avoid any more situations as I did today. We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

Shout out to Billy Easley who came to my house and actually spent some time diagnosing my system. He came up with an unusual diagnosis. He was respectful, smart and on time. A competitor had looked at the system, gave me a typical diagnosis and never called back or followed through. Probably because they didn't really know what was wrong.In the meantime, I'm a senior citizen and night time temperatures are below freezing. I have no heater and no solution.Until Billy showed up. He said he'd put Urgent on getting the part, but I should use a space heater until he could get back next week. At least I know where I stand.I'm grateful Billy showed up and I am finally on the way to having my heater back on.

His team is very professional and competent. They are timely, informative and keep you involved throughout the process. They offer work to fix plumbing problems. I also found her to be quite honest and not arrogant. They will meet your plumbing needs!
