Outstanding. Came out in an emergency, late in the day. Worked on a difficult fix it, lots of manual labor. But he got it done that night. Kept us updated on what he was encountering and explaining everything. We will definitely call DiamondBack Plumbing in the future.

Stefan installed a tankless unit for us when he worked for another company. He was the BEST aspect of dealing with that company. Just called Simba (Stefan's own Company) to come out and troubleshoot an issue for us with the tankless. He came the same day and did not charge us a fee for doing so. We loved working with him, and feel confidant that he knows what he is doing and is very professional.

Frank came out the same day we called and was very experienced, respectful and professional. He put me at ease by assuring me he could fix our clog. Jake and Frank came back in just 2 days and were able to make the repairs in a few hours. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves ? everything is working great!

Very friendly from the initial phone call to the company ( a young lady named Bri) to the repair tech (Brandon) who came out very quickly from making the call. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and super efficient. Explained what was needing repairs and fixed them that same day! Set up an appointment immediately with a secondary company needed to continue repairs. Very disappointed in George Brazil and their inability to simply do a part search prior to inspection. I have had two smaller AC companies come out and both stated the issue, both being aligned. Neither could get this part for at least 6 weeks, but the second company recommended I call George Brazil since they could possibly get the part quicker.I had a simple ask, could George Brazil simply look up the part and verify if they could get it sooner. If they could, then I was happy to pay the $79.99 have them actually come out and inspect to verify that's what's needed, and then have them do the work. I was told I would need to pay the $79.99 have them come out before they would even be willing to look the part up. Funny thing I called two other companies after this call, both very accommodating and understanding and both gave me the email address. Asked me to email them the pictures of the part and details, they would find availability of the part and if they can get sooner they will come inspect to verify. It's not that hard, unless you are a person/business who doesn't value the customer and do your best to be hard on the customer, or shall I say lost opportunity of a customer.

They were able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called. They showed up on time and were polite, professional, and fast working. I've only had the new water heater for a few hours, but no problems so far and I can notice a positive difference already. Not the cheapest option, but not overpriced at all.

Add a new toilet replaced. The plumber did excellent work. I gave Dave five stars have a good day.

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin were all very respectful of my home. They were personable, friendly and very professional. They re-piped all the hot water lines in my attic and repaired drywall. I was told this could be up to a 3 day job but they got it done in 1 day. After the re-pipe and the drywall repair it looks just as it did the day we bought the home. You would never even know there was an issue. The texturing was perfect. I can't thank them enough. It was a very stressful road to travel with all the prior issues we had (not due to anything this company did) so sending the right people for this project was key to me. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin I can't thank you enough! I would highly recommend them!

On Monday found a puddle of water under the water heater. Checked various websites and found Water Heaters Only, Inc had a good reputation and a reasonable price. Called and scheduled an installation. On Tuesday Dillon called said he could come early which I appreciated. He did a great job (clean and efficient) for a good price and showed me how to maintain the new water heater.

Neels will be my go-to plumber from now on. They're professional, on time and clean up after the job was spotless. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Recommended by our neighbor, sent a service request Friday via their mobile website. Expected to hear back maybe Monday or when someone eventually check that Inbox. Within an hour they had called me for a same day appointment!

The technician Sean called before arriving, showed up on time. His company truck had plenty of equipment and parts.

Sean was professional, took time to explain our plumbing issues and discussed possible fixes. He performed the service to exceed our expectations, very impressed.

I must admit, after hearing bad stories about plumbing companies I was apprehensive, but due to our neighbor recommendation and the care we received, we are sticking with Donley now. Thanks!
