I found Diamondback Plumbing when I Googled Septic tank clean out but they do not do septic tank clean out but everything else that has to do with septic tanks. I was given a recommendation for the clean out. I will keep them in mind if I have to change over to city sewer.

I am very impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of Travis. My days off our filled with many appointments. When Simba gave me an arrival two hour window I was nervous the plumber would arrive at the end of time slot. Wonderfully he arrived exactly at the beginning of the time slot! He serviced my water heater quickly and efficiently! He answered all my questions and checked water level on a toilet and a questionable leak on my bathtub. After connecting wiring that had come undone, service technician Remington noticed a slight bulge at rim of boot on base of tank which indicates water leakage. Quite a good catch as the water could only be seen when light directly reflected on top edge of boot. Pin hole leak not big enough yet to cause visible leakage onto floor.

Big attitude, little skill. Don’t use them. They messed up a water heater install, hard to believe. They will also send their ‘buddies’ over to make you buy more stuff, like insurance etc.

I called Plumbers of Maricopa because I had a leak in my main water service line in front of my house. They were able to get out to fix it within a few days. During the process, there was a lot of communication back and forth as a tree needed to be removed and a trench dug. Chris was always available to take my calls and answered emails quickly, even in the evenings. That alone sets them apart from any other plumbers/contractors I've dealt with in the recent past. Trustworthy, professional, and always available when you need them, I will be using them in the future. Only issue was we weren't told to run the hose prior to using sinks or toilets when we turned the water back onto the house. We had a lot of dirt that came up the toilets and sinks and had to make some minor repairs to both because of it. Run the hose into the street to get all debris out of the line prior to using water inside the house.

Raul was the electrician that came to our house. He was quick to diagnose our problem and honest enough to point out that it was not a major deal. He pinpointed things so quickly, he didn't even charge the troubleshooting fee - said it was the right thing to do.Thanks Raul, you made George Brazil look good and have given me a good reason to call again if I need an electrician!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We had our kitchen sink and laundry room backing up. We called for Plumbing services and Chantelle answered. Chantelle quickly schedule me and ensured I would get taken care of. John our Plumber called us before arrival. Upon arrival he performed a thorough inspection of our issue. Our issue was more than a clogged line but John gave us some great options on how to proceed. With our approval John performed the work. From Chantelle to John we were kept informed with arrival times, work being performed all at reasonable pricing. Day and Night truly is a 5 star company and would highly recommend them for plumbing and HVAC.
