I started my house painting project with another painter who had good reviews and BBB rating. His quote seemed good so I went ahead with the job. I got suspicious when his helper completed the pressure washing in just 45 minutes and did it all from ground level. Then they said I needed some stucco repair but they didn't do that. What !!! I then called E & S Painting who was also on my list of potential painters. Eduardo came out that same afternoon and confirmed that the pressure washing was no good. Still chaulky surface and the paint would not stick for long.
Eduardo gave me a quote the following day and it was about the same amount as the first painter so I went with it. He promised we will take care of your home. That sold me.
Eduardo, Juan, and Luis did exactly that. Every step was done the way I would do it myself. The prep was thorough, and I knew they did not cut corners the way the other painter did. They are reliable, on time, professional, competent, and trustworthy. The paint job came out beautiful and my wife and I are completely, totally satisfied.
You can get someone to slap a coat of paint on your house for a little less, but if you want someone to take care of your home, call Eduardo.

Roofing and carpentry crews were first class. Interior painter got the job done quickly and expertly. Very clean. Carpentry was fantastic. The finish work on and under my screen porch were works of art. My house trim and window casings look great.

Derek was super - not only professional but I had taken it upon myself to buy paint but it looked completely different once I had it on the wall and Derek showed me why my lighting was affecting my color choices, but it was his demeanor and patience that won me over. I really needed help and was so frustrated and he took over all my painting needs and created a project that, in my mind went from “let’s just get it done!” To “oh my goodness- I never knew that my house could look sooo beautiful!!” So! We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.

Last month we had AZ Painting Company paint our master bedroom and newly remodeled master bathroom. There were several issues with their work. They disposed of the protective plastic coverings, tape and other paint supplies in our recycled trash container. They were suppose to take this back to their warehouse. I had to move the discarded paint supplies to our trash container, pull out recycled material that was covered with paint and wipe out the recycled trash container. It was raining the day they painted with high humidity and the AC was running. They opened the windows to air out the bedroom. Condensation from the AC vent on the bedroom wall caused water to run down the wall causing streaks. I had to touchup the paint on the wall. There was a large amount of after spray on the bathroom toilet. It took close to an hour to rub off the after spray some of which couldn’t be removed. They taped off the tile floor but there were several exposed sections that ended up with pooling paint and after spray that had to be cleaned up. The tile grout next to the wall baseboard had pooling paint some of which couldn't be cleaned up. There was also after spray on the weather stripping on the outside door that had to be replaced. Lastly they forgot to paint the bathroom ceiling. I contacted them about the issues and what I had to do to clean up after them. They did come out and paint the bathroom ceiling. In all I can not recommend AZ Painting Company.
