I recently had Parker and Sons install a new AC unit. I wasn't really in a hurry but they were able to get a sales agent to my house the next day and installers there 2 days later. There was no pressure to buy their biggest fanciest unit. He listened to what I was looking for since I had several specific check boxes for the unit. In the end he presented 4 options and recommended the lowest priced one but I had brand loyalty towards one of the options and it had a feature the others didn't.The installers were great as well. They showed up right on time in company attire and both introduced themselves (I'm horrible with names and forgot to write them down.) After showing them the thermostat, return and circuit breaker they got right to work. While taking down the old unit they found that the previous contractor didn't do a proper job installing it and had used undersized supply and return ducts (12" instead of 16") and hadn't cut a large enough hole in the roof for them to fit through either so even the undersized ducts were pinched off. They replaced the ducting and fixed the roof for proper flow at no extra charge. The new unit looks great up there is super quiet and is so much more comfortable and efficient than I could have imagined.I will definitely be calling Parker and Sons back to do my annual maintenance and probably for any other home repair or upgrade that I can't handle myself.

We had an emergency leak in our house last Friday evening and our house was flooding. We tried calling several emergency plumbing companies and this was the only one that called us back immediately. The person on the phone was very nice. They were out to our house very quickly and ahead of time. James and Josh were amazing!! They were very knowledgeable and fixed our leak very quickly. Highly recommended!! I had a plumbing issue and was facing a whole weekend with no water. Tony came to my house on a Saturday afternoon and diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. I was charged a very reasonable rate for a weekend emergency call, and will definitely call J DeMiguel and Son's again when I need a plumber.

I walked into the garage to find water leaking rapidly from our water heater. It was already damaging the plaster in the wall beside it!! We only bought our home 2 years ago and we're new in the area. Luckily, the previous owner had used a Sharpie to write a phone number on the water heater, so I called that number. It was Peace Of Mind Plumbing. Joe explained to me how to turn off the water and he came out same day. Long story short, he replaced the water heater. Problem solved. Like someone else wrote, Joe is Old School - in the BEST way!!! Honest, Hardworking, and respectful. He responded promptly, helped us get the best deal on a new water heater, and stayed until the job was done. (several hours). We have called him since for a plumbing back-up issue and will definitely call for any future plumbing issues!

If there is anything we as customers want, it is communication. D.W. is amazing on this. Another missing attribute in most companies is their care for their co-workers. Not to get too personal, but We needed some work (not super urgent) but we had be informed there was a scheduling issue and their crew was in need of time off. What other company is going to call you to share their concern, let alone call you to reschedule. I've been in the Multifamily world for almost 17 years. This is uncommon. In a business, most people want that family bond, it seems D.W. has this and it matters.
